We appreciate your understanding and patience in dealing with this feature. You were not the person that checked in at the hotel. Apparently you booked on behalf of Alexandria who checked-in to the hotel. Alexandria did not have any issues or concerns at the time of check-in or during her stay. We did have a caller after Alexandria checked-in that called to inquire about the deposit policy and based on this review, it seems to have been you. You inquired about the deposit policy and were given the appropriate information. Reviews are intended to be on stay experiences. If you booked on behalf of another party, then please check with them on their positive experience at the property. Your guest that stayed at the hotel did not mention and concerns at the time of check-out.
