“Dayton”

“Advertised services not provided”
Hotel would not refund the Taxi fee. Said they weren't busy enough to have shuttle service all the time. I arrived at 5:30 in the afternoon. Not impressed
“Comfortable”
Hotel was conveniently located near the event that we were attending. Comfortable and staff very nice. Good breakfast. Wish there was a pool!!

Front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful.

“Nice enough but too close to interstate.”
Noisy inside and out. Door didn't fit so had to put a towel under it to keep light and sound out of room. Nice enough otherwise but just marginally clean. Breakfast was good.
“Good enough”
We needed a place to stay the night for 4 adults and were happy with the beds and internet access. The cleanlinss of the breakfast area needed more immediate and dedicated attention so that we wouldn't be stepping in spills, etc. This would give less work to the carpet cleaning crew in the area. The grout in the bath/shower needed to be repaired and clened of mildew stains.
“BASIC...”
Nothing special at this hotel. You get what you pay for its a basic hotel with limited amenities. Not impressed by the quality at all. Service was come and go, you would have to look for someone at the front desk. Fax machine was down. Just a mediocre hotel.
“Ok if you like noisy hallways and cold showers”
We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting in the area. The first night was noisy with the constant slaming of the stairwell door and room doors (they are not a good fit to the door jams and allow lots of noise to enter the room). The next morning when we showered the we could not get the hot water from the shower. The water was hot at the tub spout but came out the shower cold with flashes of heat. Very uncomfortable. We complained to the office staff and was told that it was because they did laundry in the morning! What a crock! They appeared disinterested in our problem and we were not offered a different room. All three mornings we took cold showers. At check out we complained to the manager again about the cold shower and the disfunctional controls and we were told that it had been replaced awhileback but they were getting complaints again! Why not fix it before you rent it again? Disappointed and will not stay again.
“Not the best western”
Old and not in the best condition. Check-in was a nightmare. Guests were booked into multiple rooms. I was shorted 1 room. Expedia has made reimbursements to me...so that is all good. I'd reccomend the Holiday Inn or surrounding hotels instead.

Then come back to Expedia and enjoy a faster, more secure experience.
