“WHAT A DEAL”
STAY WAS FOR A TRIP TO LEGOLAND GREAT LOCATION
“Resort service for a resonable price!”
Staff was very accomodating - we had a wedding at 2pm so let us check in early so we didn't have to travel in wedding clothes! First room was a smoking room and didn't like it at all - but they quickly gave us the non smoking room. Hard to believe that they were in the same building! Beds very comfortable! Breakfast was crowded at 9am so chose to eat on the road. Easy access coming from I4

“very good for the price, but”
very good deal for the price, but the pool is so small (impossible to do laps and very shaded so not good for sun bathing) that I had to use the pool at the Motel 8 next door with the same owner

For the most part it was a good stay, but the beds were small and made sleeping a bit hard for two people in each bed.

I had trouble booking when I called the hotel directly myself. The man on the phone whose name begins with TY was rude and because I asked for the same rate they had quoted me the day before when I called...he dumped me on hold for 15 minutes and left me there and so I hung up. I then used expedia to book the room. Not only did it take less then 15 min, but I also got the rate that was previously told to me with no haggle. My paperwork and key was ready when I got there.The hotel was clean, the front desk clerk was very pleasant, and breakfast was fine. My room wasnt fancy but clean and comfortable which is all I wanted. Overall, I would definately recommend the hotel if you are going to Disney. Its far enough away from the parks to be relaxing but you can be there in 15 minutes in the morning. Very Satisfied.
“Good place to crash”
The hotel was several miles from Disney, but easy to find, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. My kids enjoyed the fact that they could get complimentary hot chocolate when we checked in, and the breakfast was fine. If you plan to spend most of your time in the partks and just needs a good place to sleep, this is a good option.
“Good hotel”
The hot tub was not hot and one elevator was not working. The hot breakfast was ok. Otherwise it was excellent.
