“living in Luxury”

When I rented a four bedroom condo, I did so because it was less expensive than the three bedroom one. It was lovely, and I would certainly go back. The only problem was that we had trouble finding it--I had googled the location of the rental office, and did nto know that the actual condo would be almost sicx miles away.

The house was amazing. The location was very conveinent because it was only minutes away from amusement parks. And it was very comfortable there too, made it felt like you were right at home.

“Nice Place. Beautiful House”

Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Close to Disney World and Cape Canaveral. Was very nice to expend a wonderful weekend with the whole family on one of these awesome and confortable Pool Homes. Nice service, super clean facilities and very quiet neighborhood. Will comeback for sure!!!!!!....

House was very nice, clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. pool was clean,plenty of linens. was very pleased with the home.

“Nice, but complicated”

The Contempo Resort was nice and exceeded our expectation,however, it was sort of complicated getting into the room because of the lockbox. It took us a little time to actually figure out how to get the key out of the lockbox when we arrived and it was a total nightmare trying to put the key back in the lockbox during departure, all in all the resort was very nice and quiet.

“Fair”

We have stayed here before. the homes are beautiful. Most are someone's home, and have extra little touches. The one we stayed in this year was obviously someone's investment, not their home. There were no washcloths in the entire house. There was no toilet paper (and there were 4 bathrooms). Our pool heater didn't work, so we weren't able to swim. We could have gotten a much cheaper place without a pool instead. I would still recommend anyone to stay here, but take toilet paper with you just in case.

For the price, you can't beat it. You have a full kitchen and that can save money on meals, and it's still cheaper than most hotels.

“It did not impress me”

At first the room did not have a pool like I booked my stay, instead it had a small jacuzzi and my home was supposed to have a pool. One bathroom it´s tub when you took a shower the water got stuck and all the water stayed up on the tub.

“Contempo Vacation Villa Rental (3 star property)”

We reserved our unit sorta last minute, and in prime season, and had a certain price point to hit for a week rental, so sorta had to take what was available. Everything went well with reservation, but we only knew generalities about the actual villa we rented right up to our arrival at the property after check-in. We knew it was a 3-star villa with a pool. The unit was clean and well taken care of, but it was located in a neighborhood that did not contribute to our sense of security! We had no actual problems, and the neighborhood was mostly quiet, but the general environment and milieu of the neighborhood was "edgy", and I slept on a sofa in an area of the villa near entrances so as to be alerted if there was attempt to gain entry thru the entrances. Again, nothing we could do after we checked in but stay, and maybe this is what you get with a three-star property at our price point, and with a last-minute rental in prime season. And, if there were actual security problems with the neighborhood, you would think that Contempo would not continue to rent the unit. Otherwise, the Expedia/Contempo experience was fine. We would not rent a villa in a residential neighborhood again, but stay in a hotel or resort where we would feel more "secure".
