I think this is one of thy best locations to stay at, if visiting Davao. You are conveniently located adjacent to a large and modern shopping mall, saving you so much money vs using Grab. You are in the heart of the city with proximity to access anything you need. It's really epic.

My stay at Seda Hotel was okay. I liked the proximity of the hotel to the mall. There's a few red in the area. The hotel is a little old. But all the staff are super friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed their breakfast buffet.

The property is ver accessible to most necessities like shopping and transportation. I would like to suggest for additional chair (i know we can ask) and a small coffee table. But overall i did enjoy my 2 week stay in the hotel.

Great that this hotel is just next to Abreeza mall which make the stay a lot better. Generally the hotel is pretty except for the long waiting time at the hotel.

We love the location of the hotel and it has good buffet breakfast , the staff are wonderful as are the public areas . The rooms are definitely looking a little tired and could use a refresh

We spent 3 nights at the Seda Abreeza in January it is in a great location next to the Abreeza Mall and all of the shopping and dining options and is a fairly short taxi ride to “ downtown “ Rooms are a bit better than average but the location , the staff and the great breakfast buffet make it hard to beat

Crowding of cars. The pedestrian one needs additional instruction for safety. No one stops even an elderly is crossing. I had to signal for the car to stop while Me and my 83 year old mother are crossing the street using the pedestrian lane.

The hotel is overrated! Location is great. Housekeeping and restaurant crew were excellent, however, the receptionist, only few of them were receptive to the needs of the customers! We occupied 4 rooms and one of the room has water seeping through the floors!!!

It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Spacious room size. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was yummy. The location is just walkable to the mall. Easy access to the airport if you are flying in or out of Davao.
