Return customers and will again. Staff could not be any more helpful. Easy walk to shops and esplanade is across the road. Appreciated the upgrade for our ten day stay. Room and views of the harbour were great.

Staff overall slack, A/C in room blowing back into room from rear hot air, had to run hot water for 10 minutes before required temperature was obtained, car parking was to be organised but unfortunately late at night could not access car park, parked hire car right in front of the hotel thinking it would be safe only to have the left hand door mirror smashed and ripped around, now going to cost me heaps to have repair, over all thanks for nothing

Bathrooms and Rooms seem a bit tired and in need of a spruce up. Atrium area of the hotel is really cool with all the live plants hanging down the balcony walls and the creek running through the sunken lounge area.

With a room that contains 2 queen beds - the bathroom was less than 1 star. Very very small, we have travelled the world and never seen such a small bathroom. Very few staff had a good knowledge of basic english.

The hotel is in a good location with the Waterfront, shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Waterfront about 15min walk away. Although the hotel looks a bit dated, the rooms are clean and well appointed, there is a nice bar and restaurant on the ground floor. The pool and area around it is good to enjoy on those warm days. The hot tub is not heated so is the same temperature as the pool. Overall, a great hotel especially the 2 bedroom apartments for families.

Poor customer service. Numerous requests to access towels upon arrival as the room didn’t have any. Request for housekeeping next day when they didn’t arrive by 1pm. Housekeeping finally attended at 4pm. Toilet seat not affixed to the seat properly.

The atmosphere at this Novotel is always calm, cool, tropical getaway. A small details need to be fixed (ie TV not working in the bedroom), but the staff are doing a great job and are super friendly.

Staff were lovely and the property in good condition for age. Only complaint was the bed (Queen), which was as much a 'V' as the v in Novotel. Kept feeling ourselves falling into the middle of the matteress no matter how close to the end of the bed we slept. Otherwise, no complanints!
