We loved that all of the staff were on point and provided excellent service. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The car valet service was so convenient for us. We loved staying here and will recommend to all of our friends.

The inside facility design was elegant. The room spacious. The staff were friendly, and professional. Big shout to Ms. Shreeya who was so helpful and made our stay worries free.

The pool and areas were run down and needed painting. The food menu was poor as the chefs have left the building. No sheets on the bed. However breakfast menu was ok. I would however say that the staff were excellent and pleasant and should be congratulated.

The pool was not available and has not been available for a long time, yet I was not made aware and was advertised that they had a pool. Services like the bar also closed earlier than listed on the website.

This is not a 5 star hotel, a 4 at best (stretch). Sad to see the Hilton name being used like this. The only nice part of the Hotel is the lobby. The room was pretty busted up with every single surface having visible damage. Stains on the wall, mould in the wood, streaks all over the shower. I ordered a margarita pizza and received a lump of dough with what appeared to be some sort of cheese, the "basil" was compiled of a leaf of purple withered lettuce which should have been discarded a week ago. Honestly pathetic, Hilton Darwin. The only positive is it's location, which isn't even that much of a positive as Darwin is small. I took many pictures of the room so check them out if it lets me upload them.

A great property and enjoyable stay. Only negatives were very limited room service options and no laundry. Had to walk down to the DoubleTree property to do laundry, only to find I had to pay for it.

Good location an easy walk from most attractions. Plenty of dinner options nearby. Breakfast was ok but didn't open until 7pm on Saturdays and some tours leave earlier. Disappointed in all the little plastic bottles in the bathroom. Not very eco-friendly. Good to get drink vouchers in exchange for declining housekeeping. I would stay again.

The hotel was excellent, and the room overall was good, the one only gripe I had was the bathroom. When the shower was on the water didn't drain very well which meant the floor was slippy which isn't ideal with small kids and the fan wasn't very good either the bathroom stayed misty.
