Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Außer vom 11.03 bis 13.03. waren wir auch schon an fünf Tagen vorher wegen eines Wasserscgadens in unserem Wohnhaus im Hotel. Für diesen Zeitraum (vom 06.03. bis 11.03.24) benötigen wir noch eine offizielle Rechnung von Expedia für die Versicherung, da mir hierzu keine Unterlagen mehr vorliegen. Clean rooms, the beds were not the most comfortable. As a family room it was a fold down bed and a sofa bed, it was ok but not the same as a proper bed. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed a swim.

We loved our very comfortable, spacious, well-appointed room with carpet, storage, proper coat hangers, door onto balcony and the green option to opt out of room service. Breakfast selection was excellent but bacon, nuts and multivitamin juice were missing. We were disappointed that the room in a hotel of this standard did not have a kettle and courtesy tray, although a kettle was provided on request.

An excellent, clean, well located hotel. Transportation is easy, walking distance to the train station but it's quiet. Highly recommended.

Air conditioning did not work and 37C outside. Room extremely hot. Staff tried to help, but hotel is old and tired and AC could not be fixed. Breakfast not the same standard as previous stays. Most staff very friendly. Some bar staff not so much. Pool is very nice.

It was nice to stay at the hotel and friendly experienced workers at the front desk although young people should learn from the experienced ones. The location is also good near main station (Darmstadt Hbf)

Very pleasantly surprised right from the friendly and warm welcome until the friendly checkout. The environment of this beautifully renovated place was worthy of a 5 star place. Rarely have we experienced champagne!! included in this lavish breakfast buffet. I can highly recommend this hotel to any traveller, whether it is for business or leisure.

Great hotel
Really great hotel. From the outside, it does not look that exciting but looks are deceptive! This is a nice hotel inside. The rooms are spacious and clean.

great hotel but geting a bit old
we had a good week in general, great food, wery frendly staff, clean place, food ok. A few things could have been better regarding the rooms as in the ventilation in the bathroom that did not work, old and used furniture, cipped finishes on doors, used carpet an to few power outlets in the room. The food from the restaurant was ok, last time was better and they had a excelent goos that wasn't in the menu this time.

Excellent breakfast but cleaning not perfect.
Excellent breakfast. Room cleanliness could be better; hairs on bed by pillow. Hair band on floor. Pieces of tissue on floor. Room cleaning was done before we checked out so would need to be repeated. Cleaners didn’t appear to speak German or English so difficult to communicate with them! Better management of cleaning required!

The hotel was excellent. Very good breakfast, clean and great staff. We chose it because it had a swimming pool. Disappointing as the pool was shut until the end of September. They did not give a reason.

Maritim time..
WiFi was good in the lobby but 4th floor was almost non existent on a hotel serves business client mostly. You have to pay for coffee for the coffee machine in the lobby . Room fridge was empty. Had one bottle water in room and if you don't ask they don't give you one each days of stay. No coffee machine/ or kettle in the room.
