I hadn’t slept much in a week as I’m moving my elderly parents to a new state, So I asked for the quietest rooms as possible. The woman who checked us in, put us on the quiet side. But there was loud music coming from an adjacent room. So ridiculously loud that I couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk and ask them to send up security to get whatever it was around me to stop. Security, but nothing was ever resolved. The next morning before sunrise, as I was checking out, I realize that was actually coming from the lobby below the room I can’t freaking believe this! I would’ve been better off sleeping in the front of the moving van

Hotel is average, rooms are decent. I booked a king room online and at arrival they said they had none left and switched me to two queens. The floors were not cleaned very well, with dirt collecting in the corners and trash under tables and curtains. Elevator was very dirty. Homeless people living in the bushes in the back corner of the parking lot. Idk if I would stay here again, I think it’s priced too high for what it is.
