It rained the night we checked in and the bathroom ceiling started leaking. We called the front desk but nothing was done so we had to put the garbage can to catch the water The mattress pad was very stained and the bed was very lumpy. We were supposed to stay 2 nites but we checked out the next day

The drain was stuck in my room, but just a minor fix. Everything else was exactly as I would have expected. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in town. Really good value.

Check- in was fine, and the woman at the desk was very nice, although I had thought that the room had a spa tub, according to the website, but it didn’t. The indoor pool and hot tub near the lobby had to be accessed from outdoors arounyd the building. After bringing back food to eat to watch the final four bball game we found neither our TV or microwave worked. Tried to call the desk 3 times and got a personal voicemail where I couldn't leave a message. We walked up to the desk and the woman was very helpful and got us a different room because maintenance was not available. So we were disappointed in property but staff was helpful. And always glad to get a hot breakfast.

I have stayed here 2yrs in a row for a event that i attend yearly. The accommodations are great for what i need for the weekend. A nice climate in the room, along with a clean bed and hot shower exactly what is needed.

I got the room with the jacuzzi/hot tub in it. Absolutely worth the extra money. Very roomy for two people and sits low so aren't trying to climb in and out with a potential fall. The jets were very powerful and relaxing. Added bubble bath, and enjoyed the soak. Black out curtains made it nice and the casino is very close by. Will return for this specific style of room.

I’ve stayed here twice recently. My first experience was great. My room was inside the hotel. Yesterday, I was given a rom where the door is outside like a motel. The room was disgusting. I slept horrible. It was just gross. Horrible. I feel like I completely wasted my money. I should’ve just slept in my car in the cold vs that nasty room.

Great room at a great price
Checked in, the staff was friendly and fast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. My kids wanted to go swimming, pool are was in great shape, well maintained and plenty of towels. Overall, Awesome place

The pictures and description was misleading. We were not aware that 1st level was outside entrance which would have been nice to know as we would not had booked the hotel. Hot tub wasnt working which wouldve been nice to know as we chose a hotel based off of having a hot tub to relax in after a days worth of driving. Beds werent comfortable, curtains were disgusting with water stains.

Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast area was super small which was ok during the week but on weekend there were people waiting for you to finish so they could sit down. Dryers in the laundry facility did not work.

Got here at 5:44pm and my room was not ready. They said the housekeeper didn’t finish it yet. The hot tub was out of service. The room was an outside entrance. Not thrilled about that.

Would definitely not stay again
The cleanness was terrible, what seemed to be mold in shower, chipped paint, stains and what appeared to be blood stains on bed cover. We booked this reservation because of indoor pool and hot tub, but was told hours after check in that they were not working. Maybe a good thing, seeing how the rest of the room was cleaned.

I cant give a review of this property because I didn't get to stay at it. They called the day of our arrival to tell is they overbooked and didnt have a room for us. We booked a king room and chose the hotel because it had a pool. We had to stay in their downtown location in a queen room and seasonal outdoor pool that was closed. Very disappointing

The hot tub was not working and when I pay for a hotel room and one of the amenities is a hot tub, I expect it to be working or an email stating that it is not working during your stay so that i may find another hotel that has one that is working. Very disappointed! But after all, it's the money you want to make and the customer has to pay anyhow. So my loss, your gain!

Champaign residents beware! This crappy motel has a policy of not renting rooms to "locals". A sign at the front desk defines "locals" as people who live within 30 miles. Despite the fact that my Champaign address is 50 miles from the motel, I was told that Champaign residents are considered "locals". So, if you are looking for a place close to the casino, try the Holiday Inn or the Hampton Inn.

The first room we received had obviously not been cleaned. Another couple checking in at the same time had the same issue. The person at the desk upgraded our stay and everything was fine.

Skunk smell for days!
The floor we stayed on smelled so bad from cannabis smoke. To each their own but time and place! Hotel is not the place. Definitely would not stay here again.

We had reserved and paid for a handicap room since my husband is in a wheelchair. When we arrived at 3:00 to check in we were told they had given all the handicap rooms away. We were in town for a family reunion and ended up having to stay 30 miles away due to a motorcycle convention in town. They hotel never offered to help us find another hotel nor did they seem to care that we had to spend a hour and a half finding somewhere else to stay.

It was an overall average experience/clean facility inside The exterior of the building should be made visibly cleaner it was very disturbing to have a very worn recliner in our room.
