I paid for a king room but was placed in a queen room. I should get a refund for the price difference but have not heard from the hotel or Expedia.

I specifically requested a non smoking room at reservation. I was given a room that had been frequently used by smokers. It smelled awful. No other choice but to take the room because they had not other rooms available even though we had to prepay for the room in full. No curtains in the room and the shade was broken. Bed linens were not clean. Very very disappointed.

There are people hanging outsides super late into the night 11pm-1am.. they also hang out inside the lobby in those hours as well. Very loud. Had to call to have them keep it down, which they handled it. That was at 1am. I also got charged twice for my stay and am having the hardest time to get it figured out. They don’t want to refund me even though I have proof of both receipts being charged. I paid in advance back in July for my stay in Sept. and they charged me again at check out. Now they are giving me the run around for a refund.. I’ve had to call 3 times. Don’t waste your time… just book with a well known hotel. I tried to get a hotel close to family and friends and regret it. Next time Ill drive to them from a better hotel.

For a little town, this hotel was great. Clean and modern. Seemed to bring in many out-of-town workers. No extra charge for parking. Free continental breakfast was plentiful. Loved the fresh fruit, yogurts, oatmeal, waffle maker. DQ is a quick walk across the parking lot if you’re looking for a late night treat. Our TV didn’t work. Staff gave us a different remote, but still didn’t work. Overall, not a huge deal.

The hotel was nice, it was clean The room did have a funny smell when we walked in. The beds were comfortable. The room service was not great as they did not make beds or take the used towels out of the room. Overall it was a good. clean hotel and was adequate for what we needed/

2nd shift staff needs raises and management positions. First shift needs to be demoted and trained on proper customer service. Third shift is cool. You would of had a five star and extended stay if first shift lady was professional and less "blunt" even to watch and hear her with other people, she is definitely rude and very unprofessional. The second shift staff both made the stay worth wild.

Hotel overbooked, we had to find another place
We didn’t stay, they overbooked the hotel and the rooms we booked and paid for were not available. I had a van full of kids and the only hotel available was an hour away. The desk clerk was super nice and apologetic though. There was nothing she found do, the hotel was booked full
