“Incroyable à ce prix!”
Les rabais de 40% chez Expédia.ca sont surprenant même nous avons été très agréablement surpris en voyant l'hôtel. L'hôtel d'une très belle qualité et le personnel sympathique... quoi de mieux. Les chambres sont très grandes et propres. En ouvrant la porte de la chambre on y croyait tout simplement pas d'avoir eu ce rabais. Belles vacances .. à refaire sans hésitation!
“Great Place”
When you pull up, the landscape could use a little color, other than that, a great place. Clean room, short drive to Salem and a main road with places to eat, helpful staff, impressive lobby. Detached water park for kids. Would definitely go back.
“Great Stay”
Had a wonderful time. The room service people were very nice and responsive. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the lounge, bar area fun. Staff was just really kind and helpful all around, especially in helping me find a shuttle to the train station. Note to my vegetarian/vegan friends: Like most hotel food, definitely not easy for the vegan, though they were happy to make me penne with vegetarian marinara sauce. Vegetarians will probably find a couple options, especially in the breakfast category.
“Very Good Sheraton-Level Hotel”
I had to make a reservation through Expedia at this hotel which was completely booked due to a soccer tournament and several weddings. However, the hotel and its staff were extremely accomodating in meeting my specifice room needs exactly. Great water park for smaller children--mid-teen or younger.
“The water park provided a great getaway at a reasonable price”
The hotel staff was friendly, the room size was ample, and the we loved the indoor water park which proved hours of fun for the entire family regardless of the weather outside.
“Nice Hotel”
The hotel is very nice however if you are there for business you may be stuck in an elevator with a bunch of kids going to the indoor water park.
“Get Away”
We were very pleased with our accomodations. The room was great, nicely furnished and a great view from the windows. The staff was obliging in all matters. Their only negative was their lack of a regular dining room and a better menu. The dining area was like sitting in the lobby and a menu with only four choices . There was food though and it was quite and relaxing after a long day.
“Manage your expectations”
If you are traveling to the Boston area with kids, the hotel is a good choice. The waterpark and game room are great diversions. This is very much a corporate-type hotel and would not be a great place for a romantic week-end away (it's not plush).
“very nice decor”
The hotel was very nicely decorated, and comfortable, but the food wasn't very good at all. Room service wasn't cheap(never is) and the food was cold, and my salad was wilted. The coffee was the worst I had ever had. I didn't even dare order anything else. The restaurant was a little better.
“Nice hotel but be careful when trying the Scones”
I attended the Crowne Plaza due to a conference that was held there. The room was comfortable, and everything was OK but the bathroom granite wall surrounds had black moldy caulking along the bath tub edge, a bit unsightly. The conference food and service was fine for the most part except for something I ate at breakfast. I was chewing a Blueberry scone and bit into a metal wire not much longer than a staple. I brought it to the attention to the wait staff supervisor (in case this could be a recurring problem). She offered me some of their breakfast buffet and another blueberry scone but I didn't feel like eating another one. Shuttle pickup to and from Peabody was appreciated.
