This is a hotel for people with dogs. We were given a room next to one with a barking dog. It was so loud we had to change rooms. The front staff was helpful to do that. The hotel should keep the dog rooms separate from those not traveling with dogs. And I found the hotel unattractive because of the brown carpet. I will not go back.

Our room flooded at some point during the night and all we could hear were drills and banging from the next room over where it came from. Our clothes were soaked…it was so uncomfortable. They didn’t do anything about it. No discount or reimbursement.

Wi-fi wouldn’t work in the room. I walked onto the lobby balcony & asked person at desk if there was a problem with the wi-fi & he said no. He asked if I could get it there in the lobby & said yes but when I go in the room I lose it. He said well at least you can get it there & just turned away. So such a bummer on no wi-fi in room & how person at the front desk handled it.

Decent location but could use more lighting and security for parking areas. We left the tag on the door for fresh towels but none were delivered. Mattresses VERY worn and soft. Coffee machine in breakfast area not working for most products. Shampoo and conditioner but no soap in shower.

Doesn’t matter what you ask for
Checked in and specifically asked for a room that was not near the elevators. The room I was given…was the closest room to the elevators. Also, the mattresses aren’t supported well enough by the frame. I’d you get close to the edge of the bed, you will end up on the floor.

Very quiet and convenient. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years when it used to be La Quinta and decided to try it as its new name Best Western Plus. The lobby and all surrounding areas were very nicely kept and the lobby smelled divine. Whatever they have pumping through the air system in that area they need to keep. We were, however, disappointed in the fact that we had reservations so when we arrived for check-in around 4:30, we were frustrated that our room was not ready, so we had to switch rooms. Not a major inconvenience but that IS what reservations are for, to ensure your room is ready when you get there. Moving on, the beds were super comfy and the room extra quiet. Breakfast was good but a little disappointing in that there was no sausage even though the menu board had it listed. Again, not a deal breaker but for kids who love a breakfast side such as that, a bit of a let down. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. The room condition and comfort were on point and we left happy.
