“Absolutely worth every penny!”
When you walk in the hotel, you get an ultimate feel for the historical sense of the building, and it only makes you want to learn more! Upon being greeted by the friendly staff at check-in, I walked up to my room with a king size bed, and the moment I opened the door, I got an enormous sense of relief from not just the cleanliness, but the incredible view of the area and the comfort of the bed...absolutely worth every penny!!!!
“Way Above the Ordinary”
A very elegant hotel and a wonderful change from the usual run of the mill "upscale" accommodations. It has obviously been renovated and well maintained. Would recommend it without reservation.
“Very Nice Hotel!!”
The only criticism I could have s that for the price of these rooms, wifi should be included. The literature said it was 10.95 a night but when you went to sign up it was higher and it is only good for one device.

“Great Hotel, Close to everything, Will stay there again”
Hotel was very clean, and the service was exceptional. The Botique hotel has a wonderful feel to it. The Library Bar was a great place to sit back and relax after a long day. There are a lot of restaurants close by I would reccomend going to Perry's Steakhouse. Some of the best steak i have ever had. It is a little pricy to take a family but for a dinner witht he wife would be great. The hotel was very clean and well kept. the rooms were large and accomidating and the price was very reasonable. I have stayed in several 3, 4 and 5 star hotels overseas and found the Melrose to be better in service and comfort here in our own back yard. My hats off to the owners and staff of the Melrose hotel in Dallas. I will definatly stay there again.

Excellent location. Hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping & night clubs. Very helpful staff. Hotel was spotless, very clean. Great food and service in hotel restaurants. Public transportation very accessible
“Oak Lawn Hotel Dalls”
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Warwick Melrose Hotel early this April and very much enjoyed it. The rooms are quaint reminding me of some of the better hotels away from Dam Square and close to Singel canal in Amsterdam. Even better, the restaurant was excellent. If you're there on a Sunday, do the brunch. There is also a library (Bar) with wonderful decore, friendly attitude and quality jazz singers on most nights. The best part is the Oak Lawn neighborhood. A diverse area featuring good restaurants, interesting shoppes, cultural opportunities nearby, a nice neighborhood to live in with easy access to all that Dallas has to offer. We didn't require much room service, but what we did went smoothly!

We were there for the EAGLES concert and our stay was perfect. The management and staff are totally commited to the guest of the hotel. We will be making this our only hotel in the Dallas area.
“The epitome of attention to servicing its guests!”
Some things never change in spite of the circumstances going on in our world today. Service and attention to detail continues to be the name of the game at this lovely, upscale, historic hotel. Just when you thought "service" and "respectfulness" was a thing of the past, you step out of your car and onto the unique property that is the Warwick Melrose Dallas. From the car attendant, to the front desk, to the bellhop, to the room service attendant, to the fabulous restaurant, the goal of this hotel is to please its guests 110%! They cater to your every wish...and with a smile and a "thank you". A perfect example of what every facility should strive to be.
