Adjacent to an 18-hole golf course designed by Tom Fazio, the Westin Stonebriar is 12 miles from Galleria Dallas and within 22 miles of downtown and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
Recreation facilities include a 24-hour WestinWORKOUT health club with free weights, cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, a sauna, and steam rooms. A meandering outdoor pool has a water slide, oversized spa tub, and poolside putting green.
With a focus on steaks, the Legacy Grill offers indoor and patio dining overlooking the resort pool. Other dining options include the club-like Ernie's Bar, the lobby-level Peter's Café, and 24-hour room service.
The Westin's 24,000 square feet of meeting and event space include two ballrooms and 12 multi-function conference rooms. A 24-hour business center provides high-speed Internet access (surcharge), and wireless Internet access is available in public areas (surcharge).
Complimentary transportation is provided to businesses and attractions within a five-mile radius from early morning until late evening

The five-story resort has 301 nonsmoking guestrooms, all with Westin's Heavenly Beds and Heavenly Baths.
The Heavenly Bed consists of a custom-designed, foot-thick pillowtop mattress with all-white bedding; triple sheeting; down blanket, comforter, and duvet; and five pillows (two goose down/feather, two hypo-allergenic, and a decorative "boudoir" neck roll pillow).
The Heavenly Bath consists of a dual showerhead with multiple spray options; curved shower rod for extra room; white-on-white shower curtain; velour, waffle-weave bathrobes; oversized Brazilian combed-cotton bath towels; and spa bath products.
Other amenities include high-speed and wireless Internet access (surcharges), compact refrigerators, coffeemakers, complimentary weekday newspapers, laptop-compatible safes, and 37-inch flat-panel TVs with premium channels.
Upon check-in, guests can request a telecom package (surcharge) that includes: unlimited high-speed Internet access, unlimited long-distance calls within the United States and Canada, unlimited local and toll-free calls, and 24-hour Westin Technology Concierge.
Dining
The Legacy Grill - This elegant dining room has indoor and patio seating overlooking the lagoon-style pool. The American-regional menu focuses on salads and steaks with house-made rubs and sauces. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch.
Ernie's Bar - Adjacent to the Legacy Grill, this golf-themed lounge has leather sofas and chairs, a marble-and-wood bar, large flat-screen TVs, and a fireplace. Serving cocktails and light meals from midday until late night.
Aquabar and Grill - This poolside bar and grill is open seasonally.
Peter's Café - A lobby-level coffee shop serving Starbucks beverages, light snacks, and pastries. Open from early morning until mid-afternoon.
Recreation
The 200-foot, lagoon-style pool has a water slide and oversized spa tub. A small putting green is poolside. The 24-hour health club offers the WestinWORKOUT, with free weights, two dozen cardiovascular machines, strength-training equipment, and a co-ed sauna. Men's and women's locker rooms have steam rooms.
The resort is adjacent to an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Tom Fazio. Golf facilities include a driving range, pro shop, putting green, clinics, and private lessons.
An NHL regulation-size ice-skating facility is located at the Stonebriar Centre mall, two miles away.

“You will not go wrong with this hotel.”
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed and we wished our stay could have been longer.

The stay at the westin stonebriar was unforgetable. I espically likd the fact the resort was smoke free. the room was very clean and private.
“Not So Helpfull/ helpfull”
Loved our room and pool. Loved pretty much everything! The one thing I didn't like was that I called in three days prior to our stay to verify that we had two queen beds reserved. They told me that they couldn't help me that because we set up our trip through expedia but that there shouldn't be any issue when we check in. I checked in and guess what? They had us booked in a king size bed for me my wife and my 13 year old son. The women at the desk apologized for my inconvience and sent A rollaway up to the room. She did later get us a two bed room. She was very helpfull but the agrivation could have been avoided. Everything else was awesome!!!

I was very pleased with our stay at the Westin Stonebriar Resort. The staff is exceptional and the room exceeded our expectations. This is definitely the place we will stay on future visits. Well worth the extra dollars.

“Westin hotel-Great stay!”
We chose the Westin for our stay this past holiday. Everyone at the front entrance lobby is extremely friendly and very helpful. We wanted to move to a room a little closer to the elevator and they were happy to accomodate us. (At 25% capacity then, so they had plenty of rooms.) The price of the room was very reasonable! And, the hotel is dog-friendly, so we could take our little dog with us. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Frisco. (One minor complaint: not enough parking for guests not using valet.)
“Frisco's finest”
It was wonderful, no need for a long review, from heated pool with putting green, golf package on a pga grade course, to the softest matteress i've slept on. it was top to bottom wonderful, clean and totally hospitable! Dont' miss it.
