“hi”

Didnt like the fact that they took out over $150 for incidentals the second i walked in. Even though it got refunded, they shouldnt be able to take out that much before the fact. sometimes that can screw up an account, especially if you know how much is in your account and expect to purchase something, but find out that you cant b/c of that. Also, if i used a vacation account for this trip, i would only have a certain amount in there for the trip and that charge could have really screwed things up. other than that, it was a good hotel.

“Happy traveler”

I chose the Springhill Suites primarily based on its location near the House of Blues, but was pleased with everything about the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean, as were all public areas in the hotel. Although it is not a super luxurious hotel, our stay was very pleasant and I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends.

We felt the breakfast was not as good as other motels in this class where we have stayed. Not many choices and reminded us of "airplane food". Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

“Very Pleased”

The customer service was superb. The complimentary breakfast was great each day. They offered a courtesy shuttle to bring me to my destination each day. I can't think of any major problems I had with the hotel.

“Nice for a short stay”

I live in the Dallas area but needed to stay downtown and the friendly staff, comfortable room, and great location were just what I was looking for. The price is perfect when compared with the other options downtown so I suggest this hotel to anyone looking for great value.

“Springhill Suites in Dallas”

The hotel room was very comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. Internet connection worked very quickly and easily. Breakfast bar had everything to suit all tastes. The hotel is in the West End of Dallas and we could walk to all the restaurants and bars. We would stay there again.

“Great Overnight Stay”

My husband and I traveled to Dallas to see Tom Petty perform at the Smirnoff Music Center. The hotel is less than 3 miles from the Smirnoff Music Center and right across from West End eateries. My husband often accuses me of being a hotel snob. That being said, I thought it was a great room. The bed was very comfy, nice leather chair at the desk, fold out sofabed for kids, refrigerator and microwave. Fantastic continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, fruit, toast, cereal, oatmeal, etc.
