“Best alternate venue”
We had a conference at a nearby (within 1 mile) hotel and found less expensive rooms at the Omni Mandalay. All of our colleagues were jealous when we invited them back to see our accommodations. For the 15 minutes that we walked between hotels, we enjoyed a fabulous lobby, better restaurant and pool areas. Count on us next time we're in Dallas!
“Great”
best hotel i've been too. Great service, clean, orderly, everything you could ask for.
“Great weekend retreat”
This is our second stay at this Omni and both trips met our expectations. This is a graceful and quiet hotel. Everyone was pleasant and the room was elegant and porvided a restful stay. The covered parking is an asset in Texas heat! Will visit it again.
“Romantic with Service”
We stayed one nite for our honeymoon. A prom was going on when we arrived and that was a bit rowdy. Overall, the suite was roomy, clean and full of comforts. Our suite had a great view of downtown Dallas. We shared a small bottle of wine to celebrate our wedding night- the desk made it complimentary. Great touch!
“Great view”
The staff was excellent, always ready to answer questions and help. It was worth the extra money for a suite, it was still a good price for quality.
“Will go back for weekend getaway”
We loved the pool area and also the courtesy of the staff
“Very impressed with the entire stay”
The hotel is immaculate and tastefully decorated. Very soothing atmosphere. We dined at Trevi's and the food was wonderful. Could not have asked for a better weekend getaway.
“Wonderful stay in Mandalay Suite”
The suite was immaculate and well-proportioned, with a comfortable bed, a spacious arrangement, lots of space for clothes and moving around, a comfy couch, and a great view. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel. The elevators are fast too, and the service was great. Also, we REALLY appreciated the child-friendly atmosphere. Our daughter, who is 4, was tickled to death with her complimentary gift pack, which she could also wear on her back. The pool was also only 2.5 feet deep for half its width, making it fun for her to play in. We are definitely hooked on this place and will go back.
“Short visit but outstanding”
outstanding
“Great Location”
We travel to Dallas for a Cowboys game every year and I will stay there again next year
