Property Amenities
This upscale hotel offers a prime downtown location four blocks from Dealey Plaza, five blocks from the Dallas Convention Center, and 1.5 miles from the American Airlines Center. Numerous corporate offices are within easy walking distance. The Magnolia Hotel provides complimentary transportation within a three-mile radius between 7 AM and 10 PM (first-come, first-served basis, based on availability).
The mezzanine-level Magnolia Club, with its leather seating areas around a fireplace, is the setting for complimentary hot breakfast buffet, and evening cookies and milk. The Club also features a library, billiards room, wide-screen TV, dinner service, and complimentary coffee throughout the day. A Starbucks shop, serving coffee drinks, pastries, and snacks, is accessible from the lobby.

“Great treat for the single traveler”
I stayed at the Magnolia while in town for a wedding at the hotel next door, and it was a treat the whole way. I arrived at about 3 on Saturday afternoon, enjoyed a nice bath and watched TV on the nicest hotel bed ever, while leisurely getting ready over the next two hours. I went down to (a very reasonably priced) happy hour pretty much by myself and had snacks and chats with the bartender who was super-nice. After a long night, I came back to my room and slept under the stars that I could see from three sides of my room on the 23rd floor. It wasn't really all that full, so I felt like I owned the place! Breakfast was tasty and relaxed. I think it a great place to treat yourself for a quiet weekend.

Expedia has yet surpassed my expectations again. As a frequent traveler I rely on information provided to me and this hotel even exceeded the Expedia description. I got a great rate for an outstanding value. Will definitely book again.
“Great hotel, cheap prices”
This is a really nice hotel with friendly personal service. They have a great happy hour and I thought the complimentary milk and cookies at night was a nice touch. Everything felt new and clean with an old building feel. Very nice. Rates on Expedia were the cheapest I could find anywhere. Free wirless broadband also nice
“Great Hotel - Great Location!”
This was the second time I have stayed at the Magnolia Hotel. I very much like the ambiance of the retro hotel with modernized amenities. The staff is helpful & courteous every time I have stayed here. The rooms, while not that large, are very comfortable & very clean. The second floor offers a nice, relaxing lounge area (complete with free pool table) and bar as well as morning breakfast. The location of the Hotel is great as well. Many nice night spots a few blocks away. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling to Dallas.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and great service. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Dallas.
“Short but Sweet”
The hotel staff was very accommodating & friendly. The hotel itself was lovely. The only complaint would be that the pillows were very uncomfortable so you might want to bring your own if you can or try them out beforehand so you can ask for another one. Other than that I would totally recommend it and I will go back.
“Comfort in the Heart of Downtown Dallas”
The Magnolia Hotel offered a comfortable hotel in the heart of downtown easily accessible to everything in downtown Dallas and the surrounding interstates and freeways. The wireless high speed internet in the room made working very easy. The included continental breakfast was alright and what you would expect.
