“Great Place to Stay!!!”
I loved it, but if it had 24 room service would be SUPER!!! Stay here and you would enjoy every second of it!!!
“Perfect”
I had a great experience staying at the Hyatt Regency Dallas.
“Definitely worth it if you're staying in Dallas”
The hotel is very big inside. The facilities are great. The gym is brilliant, CV equipment, weights machines AND free weights all available to use 24 hours a day. The rooms are slightly outdated, but not a reason not to stay at the hotel. I believe they are bring updated at the moment. The buffet breakfast is fantastic, and the 42' sports bar is great. The coffee shop has Starbucks coffee, but it's not a Starbucks. It's definitely lacking in that department. The taste of the coffee isn't what I would expect at a Starbucks. Hotel staff are great, courteous and quick to help with whatever you're looking for. All in all, one of the better hotels I've stayed in recently. If you want internet and breakfast in your room rate, definitely pick up the Business package. It's well worth it. You also get 1 shirt/blouse pressed per day of your stay, as well as complimentary water in your room. For me, it was worth it. Would recommend this hotel if you're thinking about it.
“Concert stay.”
went to Dallas for a concert at The House of Blues. At check in Jamario at the front desk was outstanding with his customer service, answered all my annoying questions and better yet made me feel at home as if we knew each other for some time haha. Overall my stay was perfect, the hotel is beautiful and must say the city of Dallas has finally cleaned up the downtown area. I felt safe walking around even late at night as I made my way back from The House of Blues. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Dallas again. Thank you.
“One of the best hotels I've stayed at!!”
Incredible location, service, comfort. Would definitely stay again when in Dallas.
“convenience and service made this a great hotel”
Very good experience. Hotel service was excellent and friendly from the moment we hit the door.
“Great place to stay”
Stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The bed was so comfortable and everything was very clean. We had a room on the 19th floor overlooking the city. The staff were sooo nice and southern hospitality was alive and kicking in Dallas overall. My only minor complaint is that the restaurant was closed much of the time, presumably because of the lack of business. But room service was reasonably priced and the food arrived quickly and was hot. Would definitely stay here again.
“Caitlin”
Hyatt was very accommodating, we stayed for 1 night for the dallas white rock marathon and the hotel let us have a late check out of 4pm! We've never heard of that before, most places do noon - at the latest. We were able to come back to the hotel and shower before heading home. So great. Our only small complaint was that there was an event there the night we checked-in and the valets made us park so far, we were guests at the hotel and we were told we were not allowed to park in the garage and it was pouring outside.
“New beginnings”
Enjoyed my stay; and will stay at this Hyatt next time I'm in town.
“HighTimes At The Hyatt”
The hotels was fabulous. The personnel was wonderful and very accommodating. The room was absolutely beautiful as well as comfortable. The view was magnificant. I had a panoramic view of the whole downtown metro area. I will definitely stay there again and again.
