I stayed for 3 nights. It was enjoyable. The location is nice. The staff was helpful and kind. The elevator was down which was a little inconvenient, and there was some construction around, but it’s Dallas so what can you do. Overall great experience.

Friendly staff, clean room, decent breakfast. I read through tons of reviews for hotels in this area of Dallas (north) and this one had the best reviews by far. The property is a little worn/dated but very clean and well-kempt. All staff I interacted with were friendly. I was on the third floor and found it quiet. In a hotel you're always going to hear the sounds of people and slamming doors but it didn't go on all night or wake me up at all. I don't know Dallas well enough to judge whether this was a "good" or not so good area of the city. The area wasn't amazing but I didn't feel unsafe and I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

I was in town for the week for work, the staff was very friendly and I came back to a clean room with fresh towels every day. If I had to pick one negative thing to say about my stay it would have to be the breakfast selection. I would have liked to see some potatoes or biscuits and gravy, but hey....when it's free I guess you really can't complain.

OK... if you don't mind roadwork...
Overall, pleasant visit... my 2nd time to this location. The only issue (and this is not the hotels fault): there is a LOT of roadwork being done in the are (I-635 is having a major renovation that spans just about all of it that I saw/used)... this makes things a bit more difficult to get around. The ONE thing that the hotel could have done better on was breakfast: the first two mornings, they had sausage links... it was not until the 3rd morning they had bacon, and that was slighlty overcooked (too crispy for my liking). Great staff, and it was nice having my room serviced each day (something a lot of chains have stopped since COVID!!!).

Very clean. Exceptional staff. Limited but sufficient breakfast options. Ample parking. Was approached in the parking lot by who I presumed to be a vagrant; being unaccustomed to living in the city, that was a bit unnerving, but that’s just me.

I love the separation between the two sleeping areas and the security on the doors. The bathroom is is very clean. No water marks or mold. The only issue was the fan in the bathroom. But perfect otherwise.

The overall property was clean. The staff was nice and courteous. Breakfast was sufficient. There was a weird sewage like smell throughout the hotel on day 3. & the pool is definitely smaller than what it looks like in the pictures and the hot tub needs a good cleaning but other than that everything else was good.
