“Amazing hotel...Unbeatable price!”

Awesome hotel! The room was beautiful and comfy with all new decor. The staff was great and even had express checkout. If I were ever in town again..I would gladly stay here! Good work Hampton Inn.

It was a really nice hotel. Was a nice weekend getaway for me and my husband. Loved the many shopping areas around and restaurants. Breakfast was good with great choices.

“A Great Surprise!”

I chose this hotel because of the reviews and it included a 'hot' continental breakfast. Expedia was offering a good deal at this location so we decided to give it a try. We arrived early and were allowed to check right in without any problems at all. Our room was very clean and inviting. Our reservation was for 3 nights and it was very peaceful and quiet for our entire stay even though there was a youth group there (which says a lot for the hotel AND the youth group!!) The breakfast had different items each morning (scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, french toast and more); the hot foods were hot and the cold foods were cold. Both our room and the eating area was very well maintained and very clean. All of the staff members we encountered were very nice and all of them wore a smile every time we saw them. There were 2 occasions we had to call the front desk for items we needed, and they were delivered to our room within 5 minutes each time! I can't say enough about this hotel. We have stayed at a lot of hotels thru our years, and I would have to say this location ranks right up there with some of the best! We would have no problem at all booking at this hotel again. Some people have mentioned it was tricky to get to... but we did not find this to be a problem at all. We arrived in the daytime... maybe at night it would be different. Overall, we would NOT HESITATE to book at this location again. This location represented and delivered Hampton Inn quality very well.

“Great Hotel”

I have not stayed at a Hampton Inn recently and I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff was respectful, helpful, and polite. Their appearance was professional business in shirts and ties. They were extremely responsive to the needs of my elderly mother and her friend, both use walkers. The room was immaculate and inviting. The hotel was quiet at night. The hot and cold breakfast was great and a staff member was available to assist diners and clean as needed. I would choose this hotel again.

“Nice room, beautiful setting”

The property is well maintained. It is located in a quiet and pretty area of Plano. My room was well equipped (iron, ironing board, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave), very clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had requested a smoking room, but assigned a non-smoking room. One trip to the desk and less than five minutes later, I was in a smoking room. Excellent room, and top-notch service.

“A Visit To The Sultry South”

My stay at the Hampton Inn Plano was adequate for it's purpose. I stayed five nights and for most of that time found it to be an enjoyable experience. Upon arrival I received a friendly reception from the front desk clerk. I complained to the clerk about having to discard some of my toiletries while going through airport security in Calgary, and he offered to replace some of them with mini sized versions. These I did happily accept. My room was clean and pleasant. A large screen TV dominated the main room, and there were plenty of fresh towels, washcloths, shampoos, conditioners, etc. in the bathroom. The bed (I slept in one of two) was very comfy to sleep in. To be critical about the room, things that bothered me were a lack of water pressure from the showerhead. I like lots of flowing water. The bedding had a lumpy appearance, although it didn't affect my sleep whatsoever. Also I noticed on several nights that I could clearly here the people in the next room, which means that they could also hear me. Out in the hallway on my floor, I also noticed that the carpeting was getting worn out in places. I was told that I was welcome to use the 'business center' for my internet needs. But on a couple of occasions this proved uncomfortable with regard to other guests, because there were two computers, but only one of them seemed to work well. I very much enjoyed the complementary hot or cold buffet style breakfast every morning. This is a businessman's hotel, but casual is accepted.

“Very impressed”

Near great shopping and dining. Also easy to get to any highways for sightseeing. Breakfast had a good variety and it was spacious in the lobby and the rooms. I also found it very quiet which is good for me since I am a light sleeper.
