“Conveniently located”
5 to 7 min walking distance from LBJ/central station (Red line) that can take you to down town or up north (Plano). Or anywhere else for that matter with the transfers. 12 to 15 min walking distance to Walmart Super Center. Clean and neat rooms with fully equipped kitchen. Good option to consider esp for those having to stay long. Has few good restaturants as well around the place. Only down side I felt was no secure entry as entry to rooms is from the outside. But area is appears to be safe. So that helps.
“Great Place to Stay!”
Before I arrived, I was slightly skeptical of the hotel conditions, seeing as I got a great deal on my room. My concerns were unfounded, however, as the hotel was simply a great place to stay. It was very clean, safe, and had lots of amenities. I needed a late checkout on my final day, and they complied without any hint of annoyance. The continental breakfast was nice as well.

Place was like a mini apartment. Little noisy with outside noise but was comfortable.

I had a wonferful experience at Extended StayAmerica! The staff was great, very nice and asked me questions to see if there would be anything else I needed to make my stay a good one. The rooms are well keeped up, have everything in them you need. It feels like you staying in an apartment. real comfortable!! Great location, right off 635 and walking distance to a number of restaruants..outback,red lobster, and olive garden to name a few. The rates for the room are reasonable...nothing real fancy and expensive, just a nice place to stay for a good price...When im the north dallas area..I will look to stay at Extended StayAmerica!!
“Unwelcomed guest!”
Witnessed roaches in the room on two occasions. Reported it to the front desk, they were courteous, but still saw a second critter.
“Dallas accomodation”
If economy is your main objective, then this is the place. They have a small kitchen area, but it is servicable. I would think the dishwasher could be replaced with some cabinet area for food and there could be more kitchen cookware, dishes etc. The bed is the worst part. It is so hard that I had a hard time sleeping. For the most part it was quiet enough. There was a smell of stale smoke even though this was a non-smoking room. I don't know what they can do about that though. It is conveniently located to the highways, grocery stores and such.
“My stay”
If someone stays at least 3 days they should have their room. That was the only problem with me. I had a room for 7 days and not one time was I asked for towels or tissue. Not once was I asked for anything. But the office staff Amy and Michelle was very helpful and pleasant.
“Never Again”
Discussing!!! I found what looked like old pork rinds between the comforter and the blank after the first night. The top of the refrigerator has not been cleaned in a year, covered with dust bunnies. Dishes were not that clean. Trash stacked around trash can in the hallways. Stairway witch was gross and looked like dried vomit. No wake up call that I asked for. I can go on but why waste my time on a motel chain I will never return to.
