I call the hotel to let them know that I would have a late check-in they told me that was fine but when I arrived I was told it was to late to check- in and to call my booking agency for a refund. After driving all night I was tried and sleepy with no choice but to go somewhere else

Worst stay
This was by far one of the worst extended stays I have ever been in. First the keys kept deactivating and we couldnt get into our rooms. Then they did not have a coffee pot in the room. The shower looked like it had not ever been cleaned and there was zero water pressure. The staff was unfriendly when you asked for something it was as if you were annoying them. Additionally there was an annoying beep the entire stay in the hallway.

Hotel was dirty. I tried to use the hair dryer it sparked and caught firer. The smoke alarm went off but nobody came or called asked anything. The tv remote didnt work. The phine didnt work unless on speaker.

Place was run down. Has two buildings. With another building to the side that is also named Extended Stay but is not the same motel. First time in a long time that I really flipped the mattress up to check for bugs. Did not feel safe.

They had no toilet paper for the 2 weeks I stayed. Loud noises from the third floor from midnight until 4 am told front desk nothing was done. I didn’t get any sleep for my business meetings. Kitchen and bathroom not updated. Windows in room were leaking water when it was raining in the room.

I prepay for a king size bed room 5 days in advance and The night before arrival I got a text message saying they don't have king beds any more and will give me a queen bed room. Upon arrival at the hotel the clerk was trying to over charge me 70 some dollars more, knowing the hotel downgrade my room, no nice. After the trouble checking in, the room was dirty, the air conditioning unit blowing air in low speed only, and the worst of the worst was ROACHES everywhere and the smell to marihuana inside and outside of the hotel. Never again.

This make two. Don’t let it happen to you.
They explained that their system was a mixup in their system which left me without a room for the night. After telling the young man that I would essentially lose my 90$, he assured me that there would be a refund and I could just book with them again. I waited for almost an hour and a half while he tried to get me into a room. Only be left with 90$ less and the feeling of getting scammed by this app now a second time.

Having stayed here 4 nights earlier I was familiar with the property and staff, knew what to expect. Or so I thought. Arrived late PM. Was put in an adjacent building, desk clerk did not tell me this. Lost 15 min. figuring this out. Hall in adjacent building reeked. Once in room, no remote for TV. Clerk told me to speak to managers 10-2 next day, would already be at airport so no. AC in room set on 60, took hours to warm up to reasonable temperature. Actually shampoo in room this time, half empty like using someone else’s leftovers. Toilet seat broken. No cups in room so couldn’t even put water next to bed. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone and in fact want a full refund equiv. to one night’s stay…..

Upon arrival, staff had to scramble to see which room was clean for my stay. This was late in the evening. Once in room, found no soap or shampoo in shower. Staff able to find soap but I had to head to the airport the next morning not having washed my hair.

Never again-
The cleanliness of the suite was a disappointment. There was a huge nest of hair left near the shower, the sofa sleeper had a used sheet and there were edible noodles all over it. You could tell that not much detail was given to preparing the room for the next guest. In the hallway it had an odor as if the carpet was humid and stinky. the ceiling was falling off. We had stayed at another site before and this was was a BIG downgrade to the ones we had been in before.
