Dirty. Re roofing it. Front desk screwed up our shuttle to airport time.

Was told certain resturant was in walking distance,and govt place I flew in town was less than 10 miles and it was 45 min away.very dissatisfied.

Not so hot

Checked in and was given a room. Oops. The room were were given had not been cleaned since the last guest. New room. Fully equipped kitchenette? Uh, No. Nothing. Nada. Not even so much as plastic cups. It was explained that they stopped equipping the kitchen unless somebody requested it. OK. Coffee maker? Sure. But I had to go to the front desk to get one. Ice? Yep. Two (filled, at least) ice trays in the freezer. Are you kidding me? Oh! Turned the AC down to 60 degrees. Doubt if the room got below 78. Staff was courteous if not terribly friendly. I won't stay here again.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Our hotel room was non-smoking yet smelt like a Vegas casino. The couch had a gross stain and every room door looks like it had been kicked in at some point during the hotels history. The staff was very very kind I do not wish for this message to be directed to them. Our problem was soley based on the hotel conditions. It was filthy and smokey we could not stay in our room for 5 minutes before making the decision to leave.

The cleaning staff has yet to discover soap. This is the first hotel room I have stayed in that I left cleaner than when I arrived.

Won't come back

No one was ever at the front desk, room was really dirty and hallways smelled like microwave food constantly.

Horrible Experience

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: At the DFW Airport. The best thing you could do is GET OUT OF DALLAS !!!!
Arrived at 11:00 pm and the room wasn't cleaned. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. Next room was not what we reserved as it only had 1 bed. So had to pull out couch. It had dirty sheets. Called for new sheets and pillows which took 20min to get. Now it is almost midnight ! Went to take a shower and the faucet didn't work. Had to "bathe" in the bathroom sink ! Really............worst nightmare I've ever had at a hotel.

Basic room, decent price. Good service.

I arrived at DFW at 3:00 am due to lengthy weather delays. Called the hotel and they sent the shuttle driver right out to pick me up. Basic room, clean and comfortable. Nice, big TV. Frig and cooktop for extended stays, hence the name. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to the airport but relatively little airplane noise. Viable option for business travelers staying for a single night.

Disaster

DFW shutdown on the evening of May 12 due to weather. I got on hotels.com, found availability at this hotel, and booked a room. I got in a taxi and went to the location, but upon arriving I found about a half dozen other customers who had done the same thing only to find out that there were no rooms available -- very disappointed with the real-time linkage between this hotel and hotels.com

Please know that we are sincerely sorry that we were not able to provide you with the room you reserved through Hotels.com. Due to a power outage earlier in the day, our systems were not communicating properly with the third party websites. With that in mind, we have decided to install battery backups on our critical systems to ensure this type of situation does not happen again. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, or any other Extended Stay Hotels location in the future.
