Front desk gave away my prepaid room reservation

Pros: The shuttle driver who is contracted by the hotel was nice enough to use his radio and find another motel that had a room available.
Cons: Better management to ensure simple things like, for example, a room reservation, are taken seriously.
I was arriving late on a prepaid "guaranteed" reservation. To be sure, I phoned ahead to let them know I was arriving late. Upon arrival, the front desk informed me they had no more rooms.

Never stay there again. Had to wait an hour after check in time for my room. The room next to me all I heard at 2am was someone using a drill. Worst hotel to stay in.

Motel 6 would have been a better bet

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Separation of smoking and non smoking rooms. Update decor. Provide hair dryers. Upgrade breakfast, bed & provide resources for front desk staff.

To be fair, I rarely stay in anything below 3-stars and now I know why. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke from other rooms permeating through other rooms. I think if we could get the smoke smell out then I would have had to deal with that unpleasant secondary smell. I flew in for a meeting. Got to the hotel, took a shower, and soaking wet with my long hair right out of the shower I learned there was no hair dryer. I asked the front desk, they said they didn't have them and didn't provide them - not even a spare. I'd never heard of this. I asked for help for options to get one from a store (so I could go to my meeting dry) and they were exactly zero help. I finally found an outside source to deliver a hairdryer making the expense of the room more than I would have paid at the Westin. Never again...

Middle of nowhere

Pros: Staff.
Cons: Relocate.
Location: Location 2 out of 10. Nearby, other hotels, gas station, 114 hwy.
This hotel has one thing going for it, the staff. They were very nice and resolved am early issue very quickly. Overall conditon of hotel is average. Biggedt draw back, location. Nothing is located nearby. Closet thing is other hotels, and gas stations. I would only return as a last resort for lodgings in the area. Kudos to the staff, they were above average in service.

Worst Hotel stay ever

This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. First our card wouldn't work, then we walked in and bed was wrinkled, there was red stained nail polish on the comforter, the tub was dirty.

Not all that great.

They had me in one room and decided to put me in another which was older looking. Had trouble with the faucet in the bathroom but finally managed to get the shower running. Really not worth the price.
