Close to airport ... shuttle bus ... breakfast

Pros: The best thing was comfort & DOWN PILLOWS!! Fantastic - when all you really want is a good sleep. Staff were excellent!

Had laundry facilities that cost $2.00 each for washer and dryer, but no soap and you had to get change at the front desk. Rooms have a kitchenette. Room was adequate.

Obtained reservation last minute due to flight cancellation. Basic needs of bed & shower were met considering a 12 hour layover. However, the hotel is older and has seen much traffic/use based on condition. Room cleanliness was disappointing (foul odor and linens). Free shuttle to/from airport was a positive.

Cons: This hotel is really outdate and falling apart. Carpet is very very worn and holes in walls. The organization of the hotel needs a lot of work.
Rent a room to have a place to stay during a long lay over at DFW. They have a shuttle to airport, which is nice. Staff was courteous. But the positives end there. Reserved a two-bed room, and was given a room with one bed. The door to our room was "open" when we got there. Called front desk to inform them and their response was "just make sure that another guest is not already booked there, because two times this week we have given keys to rented rooms and the original guest have came back to find the new guest". I was glad I was only there for 5 hours. Enough Said.

Decent room, great price.

The room was fine. A few things showing age. Carpet needing stretched/replaced, chipped Formica. General cleanliness in room was good, but the hallway was really in need of a deep vacuuming. The room was supposed to have been a queen bed, I am sure it was a double. The staff were great. No issues there at all. The T.V. is older tube style and like the carpet was showing signs of age and use. I'd stay again for the price and proximity if my meetings were ever in the Sheraton or the Marriott. Do not expect to get food easily. There is no restaurant near except for a Whataburger in the gas station about a mile away. Franchise location opportunity for sure.

Outdated facility, no shampoo available, staff slow to respond.
