What a value!

Cons: Location and price.
Location: Centrally located to the area I was needing to go to. Also, very close to DFW airport.
For the money I paid for a quick one night stay, this was a fantastic deal.

Do not stay at this hotel

The staff was rude the noise was terrible and the staff did nothing about it I had to call the police to get noise level down

Awful

Uncomfortable bed, none of the plugs worked, tub leaked, no vending machines worked, the "free" breakfast was coffee or hot water and apples that's it

When I called for shuttle ride from the airport to our hotel, I had to call three times and we had to wait for an hour for a ride.

Poor Service, Maintenance nightmare

Arrived after midnight. We were checked in and given a key for a room occupied by other guests. After walking in on them, we went back to get a different room. In three morning, went to breakfast, came back to find 5 men removing the bed. They dumped bedding on the floor, including my personal items. They were changing mattresses, but gave no advanced notice and left us without a bed for several hours.

The flight crew warned me.

A flight delay caused me to arrive after midnight. The inner front door was locked and the entry way dark. After I turned on flashlight on my phone I could read the sign on the wall instructing me to use the phone to call the front desk. The night clerk was great - professional and accommodating. The room however was very outdated. The cabinets were falling apart and the bathroom concerning. No soap, shampoo or conditioner but plenty of dirt and grime. Pillows were old and lumpy. Sheets were highly worn. The free breakfast consisted of breakfast bars, oranges and coffee. No creamer.
