Cloe to Southwestern medical center. Convenient to many places. Morning hot breakfast is wonderful and delicious. Afternoon snack time is a great social opportunity. Highly recommended.

Pros: Great breakfast and hotel staff very friendly. Nice open atrium. Our meal in the restaurant was very good.
Cons: The room had a musty smell and there were cobwebs in it. The highway traffic was loud.
The hotel was very close to a busy freeway, so it was easy to get to but the traffic was loud at night when trying to sleep. The check-in process was easy and all the staff were friendly and polite. Oh breakfast was excellent. Our room was not as clean as I would have liked it to be.

Very nice suite

Posted 1-Nov-2014
Pros: Staff and room were very nice - large and comfortable. The AC worked well. We've had the misfortune to stay in hotels in which the AC did not cool.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: Location is near downtown Dallas, Texas. Nearby there are plenty of good restaurants, live music venues, museums, the Dallas aquarium, athletics.
We stayed at the hotel while attending a conference. Everything about the suite was very nice. I wish we had more time to enjoy it, but were in meetings. I like that there were two vanities - one in the bathroom with the shower, etc. and one in the bedroom area. Makes for easier getting ready in the morning.

21+ Check-In Age

Make sure to find out how old you have to be to check-in, because I'm 18 and you need a 21 year old with you just to check-in.

Pros: happy hour and breakfast were nice...housekeeping was neat as a pin, elevators spotless. Convenient and economic limo service.
Cons: some of the staff appeared a little ragged in dress, a little unkempt; parking lot beginning to show some age
Location: American Airlines Center, Sonny Bryan's BBQ all within 5 minutes

Pros: We have stayed at Embassy Suites and it was always pleasant, this was no exception.
Cons: More information.
Location: Concerts, shopping.
Our room was not a suite but nice. Most hotels we have stayed at had free wi-fi. They wanted $9.99 per device per night which I was not pleased about. I thought all rooms at Embassy Suites were suites and we have stayed at quite a few.

I just found out I was charged at the hotel also.

Posted 30-Sep-2014
Pros: The location
Cons: Customer appreciation , and complementary wi-fi.
Location: Close to Dallas downtown
I was disappointed because there is not complementary wi-fi, not even at the lobby. I just found out that when I walked in at guest services the lady ask me for my credit card she was going to charge a amount for incidentals. She charged for the room, that I had been already charged from Expedia. Now what can I do to get my money back.
