21+ Check-In AgePosted 28-Oct-2014
Make sure to find out how old you have to be to check-in, because I'm 18 and you need a 21 year old with you just to check-in.

pleasant friendly hotelPosted 16-Oct-2014
Pros: happy hour and breakfast were nice...housekeeping was neat as a pin, elevators spotless. Convenient and economic limo service.
Cons: some of the staff appeared a little ragged in dress, a little unkempt; parking lot beginning to show some age
Location: American Airlines Center, Sonny Bryan's BBQ all within 5 minutes
standard Embassy Suites hotel with friendly staff and convenient limo service to AA Center

Pros: We have stayed at Embassy Suites and it was always pleasant, this was no exception.
Cons: More information.
Location: Concerts, shopping.
Our room was not a suite but nice. Most hotels we have stayed at had free wi-fi. They wanted $9.99 per device per night which I was not pleased about. I thought all rooms at Embassy Suites were suites and we have stayed at quite a few.

I just found out I was charged at the hotel also.Posted 30-Sep-2014
Pros: The location
Cons: Customer appreciation , and complementary wi-fi.
Location: Close to Dallas downtown
I was disappointed because there is not complementary wi-fi, not even at the lobby. I just found out that when I walked in at guest services the lady ask me for my credit card she was going to charge a amount for incidentals. She charged for the room, that I had been already charged from Expedia. Now what can I do to get my money back.

Don't just read just read the hotel amenities and all the things you're looking for call and ask. We read the fine prints and we were excited. Once we got to the hotel that did not meet anything we wanted/needed. Our first room was a mess we didn't even step inside. The second room we couldn't get in. And finally we got a room. Nothing expected. The shower was broken.

It wa okPosted 11-Aug-2014
Overall it was ok.. We had some dirty sheets, and it took us having to go down and getting replacement comforters ouself. The food was great. The pool was very nice looking but over chlorinated so our kids got a little sick from the chemicals.. The facility really was a nice place. But the a/c was seemed to be having a little trouble.. Overall it was a ok stay..

Great hotel to unwind after a hard work dayPosted 10-Aug-2014
Pros: Love the breakfast and evening finger foods.
The price was fabulous. Breakfast was free and cooked to order. It's always great to come in after a hard day on the road and unwind with free finger foods and a drink.
