Very pleasant staff and the room was clean. The bathroom and carpet were showing some serious wear and age. I had a room with a window that was 5 feet up from the floor. Couldn’t look out of it.

Couldn't get the shower on. The knob on the faucet was stuck. I had to force it. Took 10 minutes to figure it out. Finally got to shower and the body wash was completely out. Called the desk and they did not care at all. Everyone there was just generally rude.

They have a business lounge access well I paid extra for one of those rooms and did not receive it..got a regular room on the 5th floor because it was “not available”. But y’all sure did take my money saying it was available..I travel for a living and this upset me..offered a bottle of water instead of a refund on the right room…I would avoid or go to the marriot next door or the Westin or the Sheraton at least

Renovations being done that I was not informed about prior was a big inconvenience. Also the water being shut offf for hours for an unknown reason. Had to make several trips downstairs to get another key. Mine kept disabling and the key in app never worked once.
