“Thinking of staying there again”

I wasn't there long enough to get a good feel for all the accommodations. Had to leave early morning to catch my flight and there was nobody at the front desk to check me out, so I just left my room key and a note.

“Not impressed”

I was not impressed with this hotel, at all. It was ok, but it was not what I expected. I was looking for a nicer hotel.

“Noisy and Messy!”

WOW...Where to start. The staff barely speaks and comprehends English. I happened to be staying there while the U.T. vs. Oklahoma U. football game was going on. There were college kids everywhere, screaming, hollering, running up and down the halls, slamming doors as hard as they could. What a complete disaster!!! I didn't get one minute of sleep staying at this hotel. Roaches in the bathroom. Sink had no hot water. This place was a complete disaster. Would NOT recommend and would most likely not stay here again even if THEY paid me.

“Very Hot Hotel”

It is very hot in Dallas right now Triple Digit days the Days Inn is not very busy right now and I know the have to save cost but the hallways we're severly hot and the air was cut off in two of the three rooms we moved too! When we went downstairs to complain about the air the night person was laying down on the couch! We just wanted a cool room and the guy said he would just refund our money and we could leave! It is the middle of the night we just wanted a cooler room! We had to move because the toilet over flowed. The hotel is decent I just think that when you have a hotel you should try and fix the problems instead of just offering a refund and we had already prepaid for the room throught expedia so where we're we going to go with 3 small kids in the middle of the night. There was no maintanence man on shift the lady from the desk had to go look at the toilet and this was in the middle of the day! I am not happy at all with the Days Inn!

“Filthy place, surly staff. Stay away!”

Booked this hotel over a month in advance for a 10-day business stay. Arrived to find the front desk woman surly and uncommunicative. My room was filthy. Funky, moldy-smelling carpet, sticky pools of SOMETHING on and IN the desk and - the crowning blow - old pieces of pepperoni from some ancient pizza on the floor. When I asked the surly manager to please clean my room, she told me to check out and find another hotel. I did not have any time at all to find another hotel (and this during Market week where absolutely every hotel is booked). I argued with her for about 15 minutes before she agreed to send someone up to clean the room. The cleaning woman was sweet but didn't speak any English and couldn't figure out why I wanted the room cleaned. I had to stand over her and point out the filth. To her credit, she did a fairly good job cleaning the place and keeping it clean during my stay, There's not enough room to list all of the other nasty things about this hotel, but I HIGHLY recommend staying somewhere else.
