My complaint has to do with Yassi who works for Expedia whom I chatted with over the phone. They did not listen from the start. They threatened to charge my credit card without my consent. This is the poorest customer service experience I have ever had. We booked two king size beds at the Marriott for four people. When we arrived they only offered us one room with one bed for four people at the same rate. I pleaded with Expedia at 11pm in the evening trying to resolve this knowing we all had to get up early the next morning. It took hours and no resolution. They offered $20 compensation which does not begin to cover the inconvenience and additional cost for rooms. We even bought the extra insurance just so this would not happen. Shame on you Expedia.

Issues I had was they charge daily for parking. There isn’t a gate or a security officer so why do I have to pay over $11 a day to park my vehicle? First hotel to charge and not provide any extra security to justify the charge. Second issue is no breakfast. I paid over $300 a night plus parking fee and hotel fees and they can’t even offer guests a bagel or a cup of coffee!?!?

Chose to stay at this hotel for its convenient location near our friends we were in Dallas visiting. Everything was easy. Everything was nice and clean. Rooms were good sized and everything I expect a hotel to provide was there. Also enjoyed being able to grab a cup of Starbucks coffee down in the lobby every morning. I'd be happy to stay here again.

I did not like that we had to pay for parking with no prior notice. Also, we had a fire alarm set off early on our last day and everyone had to go outside. We asked.for a late checkout and was refused. I have never been turned down on a late checkout. We are also members of Marriott Bonvoy but absolutely no recognition or special circumstance because of that. I would not stay here again.

Other Marriott properties seem to offer breakfast included and room safes, but not Courtyard. I keep forgetting that. Biggest beef was that I didn't earn any Bonvoy points, nor did I get any Marriott benefits for my reward status, because I booked on Expedia!

I woke up at 1:30AM to find a very large rat in my bathroom. I called front desk, and she brought me a keycard for another room about 10 minutes later. When I went down at 4:30AM to checkout and go to the airport, the front desk person was sound to sleep on the sofa. I waited for about 15 minutes for my Uber, received a phone call that rang out loud and she still didn't know I was there. I have reached out to hotel management by phone and email and have had no response.

Not worth the price.
There was no front desk staff for about 15 minutes and a line of people waiting to check out. I even called the front desk and let it ring to see if anyone would appear and they didn’t. Front desk told us there was free breakfast in the morning and we found out that wasn’t true. For $200 a night, free continental breakfast and full staffed front desk should be the bare minimum.

Literally this was one of the worse hotel experiences I ever had. First when we came to check in, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for over 20mins for someone to show up. I was told n hurry so I can make a show . I even called the hotel number 3 times and it lead just ringing with no answer. Finally I get my room. So we go up. The hallway smelled like pot. The people on the 4th floor were noisy and loud bsnging on doors and slamming. I didn’t get hardly any sleep at all . From all the noise and banging and loud musings c. It was horrible. I tried to tell the guy at the front desk and he didn’t even seem to care at all. Just horrible customer service. And not being able to relax and sleep was horrible. Considering we only got the room cause we were too tired to drive 35 mins away.
