They couldn't get my tv to work and no responce about it after the third day andno reason why. Room phone did not work a d the shower was damaged.

I notified the front desk that the TV was not working. We were there for 4 nights and they never fixed the TV. I asked them if they every day it was going to be repaired. There is a kitchen, but no dishes, utensils, coffee pot was dirty. Ran out of toilet paper was told I had to get from the front desk. They informed me they were out and I would. have to wait until the next morning. They had an iron but no ironing board. Carpet was stained and worn. Chairs were stained and worn. We will not be staying there again.

We checked in fairly easy. They decided to charge us an additional $15, because we were checking in at 3:10 instead of 4. We went to our room, all the lights and tv were on. The floor had not been vacuumed, the dishes in the dish washer had not been run. Every time we went in to our room you could smell mildew. They need to do something about that. We were there 5 days. Thay never once gave us more towels or took the trash. Do motels not do that anymore? Anyways, the trash in the parking lot never got picked up the whole time we were there. Plastic bottles and fast food wrappers just laid out. Not my favorite place to stay and will not be back.

Terrible spot.
Water pressure was terrible. Water wasnt fully hot. The light fixures wasnt working but 2. Smelled weird in there (smelt like a smoker was there before me). One of the light fixure lamps came off by it self. I had to fix the tv on my own (the front desk walked me through it instead of foxing it themselves). They didnt make up my bed OR swapped out towels/washclothes the full duration of me being there. Ppl were in the lot fixing there cars and hanging out on the lot... it was all bad. But honestly you get what you pay for

First room was disgusting, dog hair, wet towels on the floor, hadn’t looked like it’d been clean in a while. Second room was perfect though. Hallways are all so gross. Stairs are gross. Broken/poorly fixed tile in the clean room. Staff was amazing.

You get what you pay for
Floor had not been vacuumed. Top of fridge was dirty. Brought a salad - info said there was a “kitchen” - the silverware drawer contained a can opener- nothing else- no glasses, plastic or otherwise, plates, bowls, etc. Funny, the did have a toaster, colander and 2 pots. No pen or notepad. I wanted to soak in the bathtub- tried to close the drain but tub wouldn’t hold water. The price was inexpensive and I got what I paid for.

The staff was very welcoming and professional. The WiFi was unfortunately very unreliable, meaning I had to go to a coffee shop in order to do remote work. Really defeated the purpose of booking a hotel with WiFi.

Basically an apartment.
We had a awesome stay ! Came in town for medical test for a possible spinal surgery. Will stay here again (for a week) if we come back for surgery. Room has a full kitchen with full fridge, dishwater, microwave & even a stove range. Staff so helpful & nice.

The property look like it has no new work/remodeling done in years. The wooden floor has many cracks with pieces missing and the carpet is worn out with multiple stains. The bed is old and hard and the bathroom is not well maintained. It is shameful for a corporation to let it property to look like that.

There was a horrible smell in the room they tried to cover up the smell in the hallways with a cinnamon perfume sent there were stains all over the carpets the cabinets were falling off the wall in the kitchen It was very dirty and disgusting.

Comfortable Stay
Upon arrival it was very easy to check in. At first I got a room with a broken fridge on the first floor but they accommodated me with a new room that was way more comfortable and cleaner on the 2nd floor. Overall, I had a nice stay and felt safe as I traveled alone. The concierge on night shift was very pleasant.

It was a great surprise, wasn't sure what tom expect. Once I got there, to when I left it was an amazing stay. Check in was quick, room was large and comfortable. Defiantly be back on next trip to Big D!

The room was great and very clean. Good location for getting on the highway. There were a few vagrants around the property but they seemed harmless.

Uncomfortable and overpriced.
positive: water was hot. negative: The bed was not comfortable. Asked for an extra pillow and blanket. The response was, "We don't have any, we're sold out." The thermostat kept reading err. and we would have to reset it. Overall, did not feel like the girl at the front desk cared when we checked in. Will not stay at this hotel again. For 170.00 a night, I would expect a little more.
