“Pretty Impressed Considering Price”
My boyfriend and I had taken a vacation to Dallas for a week, and we wanted to stay somewhere that was pretty cheap. Considering the price for the Best Western, I was extremely impressed with the quality. The staff was very nice, our room was of decent size, and overall it was a very enjoyable stay. The only complains I have (and they are minor nit-picky complaints) is for one, the bathroom was slightly small. But then again, if you're just in there to take a shower and brush your teeth, it doesn't have to be anything huge. Also, the location was slightly hard to find, it's hidden behind some buildings and a little further down the road than what our GPS told us. However, we called them for directions and they told us some that were very easy to follow. Overall I enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay there again as well as tell anyone else looking for a nice affordable hotel to stay there as well.
“Great Value Here!!!”
This is, I believe, my fifth or sixth time to stay at the Best Western Dallas Hotel and Conference Center. As usual, my stay was just as good as I expected or better than expected. From the front desk attendants to the housekeeping/maintenance employees in the hallway, everyone has always been very professional and friendly. The big question . . . would I book the same hotel again???? Absolutely!!! (See you again next month!!!)
“Good choice”
When looking for accomodations, the choice was better than we expected.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our visit. The only negative things would be--the cable television was AWFUL...no kids channels at all (ie Cartoon network, Nick, etc) so we had an unhappy 8 year old--there was also an incident with a woman pan handling in the parking lot but staff were alerted and took care of the problem by having a security guard police the lot. Overall good place to stay at a reasonable price--I would stay there again and will recommend to friends and family.
“Stay here if you come to Dallas!”
We thought the Hotel was what we thought it should be, given the name. It is a great location as almost anywhwere you want to go is off the LBJ freeway. the breakfast buffet was an added bonus, it saved us time a money. The buffet had good food and the buffet seemed extra long in time, from 7-10 AM. The first morning I was there I needed a file for my nail and when I asked the clerk at the desk, she said they didn't supply files, but she had a new one in her purse, so I felt that was an extra kindness on the part of the staff.The room temperature was good, the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were soft. We had the added warmth of a down comforter as we were there in January. All in all the room was wonderful and I would recommend staying there, and I would stay there again if I made a trip to Dallas in the future.

Overall I am very satisfied with the hotel in Dallas. The hotel is nothing fancy, but you get everything you want and need. The room had a very comfortable king bed and a microfridge. I was impressed with how quick check in and check out was. The breakfast in the morning was very reasonable and we had it complementary which is always a plus. We needed more shampoo and conditioner around 9.30pm so I went down to the front desk to ask. They wrote my name down and said it will be right up. I was thinking, "Great looks like we're not showering for a while." However, to my surprise I received a knock on the door in less than 2 minutes and I was given enough to last me the rest of the trip. They had a little pool and a little gym. Like I said nothing fancy, but I managed to get a quick 45 minute workout in everyday so it got the job done. I would recommend this hotel to people looking for convenience to Dallas, reasonable prices, and a comfortable stay.
“Surprised at the hotel quality for the price, great stay, great hotel”
The hotel seems to have been recently remodeled and is updated. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and had a microwave and refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast was good, but if you wanted a meat choice you had to pay for that. The pool area looked nice and the parking was free. The hotel was right off the freeway and in a good central location for going to Dallas and Fort Worth areas.
