Nice hotel lousy breakfast

Posted 24-Jun-2015
Cons: Breakfast
The "hot" breakfast was some sort of reconstituted eggs that tasted horrible. Sausage was tollerable, I did like the yougert.

"Welcome Home" after an international vacation

Posted 15-Jun-2015
After two weeks abroad and 24 hours of travel-related wakefulness, the lobby of BWPlus was like home sweet home. Late in the evening, check-in was mercifully swift and pleasant. The room was ready and comfortably cool, an oasis from Italy's heat and the random temps of airplanes and terminals.

Ok but nothing special

Posted 14-Jun-2015
While the facility was clean, it didn't strike me as much more than an overpriced three story motel. No personal soap or shampoo, everything comes out of containers mounted on the shower wall. Bed was comfortable but no variety in the pillows, which were too firm for my neck. Breakfast buffet was included. I've had worse but also better. Provided was waffle batter, white bread, one type of muffin, a couple cereal choices, and then hot sausage links, warm biscuits (didn't see gravy) and ham omelets, premade. Coffee and two juices, finally found yogurt when I walked out the door. Three hours for breakfast have plenty of time for guests. Primary concerns for me were proximity to DFW airport (10 minutes) and interior doors to rooms. I would've liked to pay $60 instead of $110, but otherwise it net expectations.

Convenient hotel near DFW

Posted 12-Jun-2015
The hotel was clean and the hotel staff was helpful, but the hotel shuttle from the airport was a 45 minute wait. I waited for the free shuttle instead of paying $35 dollars for a 10 minute taxi ride. Quick advice: call the hotel and let them know you are waiting at the courtesy van area next to exit 35 at Arrivals. Keep a very close eye out for a white van that has Best Western, Extended Stay, Super8, and Red Roof Inn on the side of the van. It's easy to miss. Have a couple of singles for tip.

Nice hotel next to the airport

Posted 9-Jun-2015
Pros: The room was very well equipped. The breakfast was excellent and helped prepare us for our flight.
Cons: Fix the TV remote. Provide shuttle service to the rental cars.
Location: For us personally, we were not there as tourist but rather a good place to fly out the next morning. I enjoyed the whataburger near by.
I always use this hotel when having to fly out of Dallas the next morning. This hotel meets our needs very well. The only complaint that I have is when I return my rent-a-car, I have to take the rental shuttle to the airport and wait for a shuttle back to the hotel. Evidently there is no hotel shuttle at the rental car area. The TV remote didn't work well.

Good value, nice stay

Posted 4-Jun-2015
My go to place when arriving late or leaving early from DFW. Always a no-hassle experience no matter the time of arrival or leaving. A friendly and helpful staff makes staying there a pleasure. Love the little amenities, good coffee, the snack store, etc.

Lots of room for the money

Posted 1-Jun-2015
Our stay was necessitated by an international flight that was scheduled for the next day. The room was nicely arranged in conjunction with the very comfortable King-sized bed, loveseat and sitting chair. It was a quiet and restful room. Demerits were as follows: the room temp was not adjusted down to be comfortably cool when we checked in. With the volume of recent rains in the area the humidity left the room with an infortunate stale odor which a cooler temp would have helped a great deal. In the "Business Center" the printer, for whatever reason, did not function properly. Ultimately I had to tie up the PC and printer at the front desk. However, they were prompt to offer assistance.
