Not convenient to get to airport but great value.Posted 24-Aug-2014
Stayed in DFW for a meeting at the airport and based on a map search it didn't seem far from there. Unfortunately, the shuttle is shared among many hotels and pickup from the airport can take 30 minutes. Wouldn't recommend this hotel for those with obligations at airport facilities or those with early flights the next morning.

The hotel staff were very nice, especially the young man that was at the front desk to check us in. Rooms were clean and impressed with the continental breakfast.

good location very close to airport and freeways.Posted 31-Jul-2014
Pros: room was very nice and clean
Cons: for safety the side doors could have been locked or a room key needed to enter.
Location: very close to airport and 3 freeways. Many restaurants and shopping within minutes of hotel
the hotel is going thru a renovation. My room was very clean and updated. Would stay there again, hopefully the renovation will be completed soon.

Close to AirportPosted 21-Jul-2014
While delayed in Dallas on account of Weather, this Best Western was easy to get to, clean and comfortable, and easy to get back to the airport early the next morning. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was lacking a bit but not bad. Be aware that it is be remodeled as of this date.

Nice hotel, near the airportPosted 26-Jun-2014
Location: Not much in walking distance
I understand that the hotel is going under renovations, but I had to change rooms 3 times, to find a room that wasn't being re-done. Aparently the rooms that we're under construction wern't blocked out in the computer. When I did settle in a room, it was very nice.

Pleasant Surprise!~Posted 23-Jun-2014
Pros: Newly remodeled and clean.
Location: Super-close to DFW with free airport transport. Enough said!
I was leery because of the low price and because of the Best Western brand..but it was a quick stay for me and I wanted a free airport shuttle. My king suite room was lovely, large, newly remodeled, and spotlessly clean. Front desk staff was very nice. I wish I could have stayed longer. I checked out super-early so I didn't get to experience breakfast, but I was glad the coffee was out when I left on the airport shuttle (which was great) at 4:00 a.m. I would definitely stay here again.

One Night StayPosted 15-Jun-2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is perfectly located in "hotel row" on West John Carpenter and it is close to the airport. However, I had issues that would make me think twice about staying there again. 1) renovation of the lobby area meant dust 2) a phone call to the front desk was NEVER answered 3) the continental breakfast was lacking in choices
