“Well done Pullman”
Staff are professionnal! Food was good. Rooms were comfortable and the price is right.

Reliable internet access in rooms, fast room service, well located for Central Dakar, very pleasant, courteous staff. I will definitely stay there again.

The location is great. The food and services were excellent. First time I have stayed in a hotel and the items in the mini bar were free. Free water daily and excellent breakfast buffet.

je connait cet hotel depuis plus de 30 ans ;qualité prix super ; il aurait juste besoin d'un petit coup de renovation ; pour le reste ne rien changer. emplacement tdeal au centre de DAKAR pour déplacements en ville et RV affaires .

“Clean and Tidy”
I lost my luggage from my flight which didn't turn up for two days. Although I have some French I asked the hotel staff to ring the lost baggage department of the airport - because I felt they would be able to get a handle on the situation better than me - they didn't really understand why I needed their help and simply dialled the number I gave them and gave the receiver to me - maybe I hadn't made myself clear, but I really wanted their help at that moment and didn't get it. That gripe aside, everything else about the hotel was great - everyone was charming and pleasant - the breakfast was nice with plenty of choice and an excellent view from the terrace out to sea the bar staff were friendly despite my appalling French. My room was clean and tidy with everything I could need. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
“Very expensive for the private traveller”
When you overlook the price of both accomodation and food this hotel is probably as good as it gets in Dakar. The Courtesey bus to and from the Airport was useful and reliable particularly for a delayed arrival to 4am and a departure at 6am. Restaurant staff were OK Concierge good reception were barely adequate.
