Amazing staff
The location was great, quick walk to dragon bridge and the view was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They brought my sister flowers to the room for her birthday and helped us book a tour the next day.

A great stay at Sun River Hotel
This is a great hotel with very warm and friendly and helpful staff. Room is new and clean, and adequate space. sheets and towel are clean and air-condition is powerful. Complementary breakfast is great with a lot of selections, the restaurant at 9th floor with surrounding windows give a great view of the city of Da Nang. Location is great and close to many shops and restaurants, and is about 1-2 blocks away from the famous pink church and the Han Market. I am not sure why the average rating is only 7.6, I would give it a 9.0 rating.

Vip room with corner circle glass windows provide amazing views of the river day and night. Very comfortable bed. Breakfasts had a great selection of local dishes. Servers where helpful and friendly. Grea location. Hotel is showing its age and luck of care in some areas. It is a 3 star that could easily made into 4-star by making some minor improvements. Few light bulbs were missing. Not a single surface to keep your soap in the shower stall, but the floor!? Some areas of wall and ceiling plaster are beginning to peel.

I opted for the room in the picture, the one with the curved window overlooking the river. The view was incredible, just great. The room was above average...nothing amazing...but definitely good. It was a decent price too, so, in the end, it was one of the better hotels I have stayed at.

Walking distance to Han Market, just 3mins, come out from the hotel main entrance then turn left and turn left. The hotel staff there doesnt understand and know english very well, some communication barrier. The staff at the reception counter and breakfast restaurant not very friendly. They never greets every time i pass by.

I love lot of thing about this place... clean.... next to the river... main spots... i jus dont really like their buffer morning breakfast.... not alot of good choices... and the thing its on top floor of the hotel... its kinda hot when we eating breakfast.... love the piano in the breakfast room...
