Staff is super friendly and helpful, helped us to organise sightseeing tours and let us leave our luggage while we went to Sapa. Breakfast is good and you can order Vietnamese coffee. Great location. Rooms are well equipped and laundry service is fast.

My family room does not have AC, too hot. Toilet broke at midnight. The hotel does not have a pool. Their condition is not good at all however Breakfast buffer is pretty good.

La Sapinette - Dalat
Great service and clean rooms. Friendly staff. But bizarre smoking policy - non-smoking room, but guests smoked in the hallway throughout the hotel. Lack of designated area for smokers. Front & back of hotel surrounded by cell towers, not recommended for guests with electro-magnetic hypersensitivity.

We love the La Sapinette Hotel Dalat, it’s great value for money. We have everything we need and it’s in a handy location. The team are always helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and well appointed. The restaurant is amazing with 4 star service and gorgeous food. I can highly recommend the La Sapinette Hotel Dalat.

Dirty carpet and small room with the view to the backyard and several windows of the opposite houses make me feel uncomfortable. My accompanies 's room is smelly. Not recommend.

Hotel is really nice. We've ve got big, clean and quiet room with incredibly comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK. Staff could speak better English and be nicer in general - one girl from reception seems not very happy with the presence of the guests around. Location is not central, but 1st thing we did was renting a motorbike and this point became irrelevant. You can leave the bike in underground parking for free. I would recommend this hotel for your stay

Just Perfect!
The La Sapinette was just perfect, more than we could ever have expected. It was a wonderful experience. The location was great, close enough to be only a few dollar taxi ride from anywhere but far enough away to be in a quiet location.

Excellent Hotel but a little bit far from center.
I love it a lot compared to the Osaka Resort. Very nice, beautiful and clean. The breakfasts were very good.

The hotel is a little out of the way from the main centre. I found the hotel smelt of tobacco with a dated decor. The staff had a lot of trouble with our English. Overall the stay wasn't as we expected.

Room can be improved as I stayed in a smoking room, some of the door linear filled with dust. Aircon is not fully functioning as well. But for the price paid, there's nothing I can complain for. Overall experience is decent with much room of improving for this hotel.

Great hotel, big, comfortable and cheap. Probably due to location, the hotel does not seem to be busy --> the buffet selection was very limited. No clock or Klennex in the room. The bath room title looks a bit run down - can use some face lift. Great value

Off season but very helpful
The hotel is about 3km from the centre so you will need to use a (very cheap) taxi to get into the town however this does mean that it is comparatively quiet. The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. We ate one night in the deserted restaurant and the food was excellent. Breakfast was busier with at least 5 other guests. The staff were charming and helpful. They speak reasonable English and strive to make ones stay enjoyable. The Bar needs restocking -no sprite when we were there!

Comfortable hotel that is clean and serviced by very friendly staff. The buffet breakfast is adequate, not as good as you get in Ho Chi Minh. It is a little far from the city and places to eat, but if you are escaping the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh, it is a welcome relief.

this hotel seemed so promising but it did not deliver. front desk was fine but spa staff was disastrous. don't book spa treatments here. staff has little training and seemed to want to offer other things. the room itself-carpets were crummy and bathroom tile was not clean. bed was comfortable though.

Good thing. Good hospitality from reception. Room condition was very good. And breakfast was very delicious. Bad thing. Its a little far from dalat market. It costs 60000vnd(3$) by taxi. Its very cheap. And if u have a plan by shintourist, u don't have a problem. Use a free pick up service.

The problem with pre paying
This is one of those hotels that we all dread, nice pictures but you end up with the worst rooms. No amount to of negotiation with the manager can hang the room.

Great Hotel
The room was really nice and clean. We slept really well, the best hotel beds we have slept in years. The buffet is nice and lots of variety. I will stay here again soon!
