“Pleasant stay”
I have stayed at this hotel twice, and I have no complaints. The rooms are clean, the front desk clerk is friendly, and I really appreciate that they allow late check-ins as I usually arrive in the area after midnight. The rates are very reasonable as well. The area is safe, and convenient to a lot of places.
“good location for me”
This was a nice hotel. I really like that they had a mini refrigerator , a microwave , and a coffee maker. They gave me packages of coffee. I was glad I could go to the store and buy food to store in my regfrigerator. I did not really care for the breakfast they had. I had two choices for my room. And the staff was nice. It was easy to come and go from the hotel.

Hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast is mostly carbs.

Those in charge of check-in and out were very hospitible and helpful. I plan on returning to California, and when I do, I plan on returning to this hotel!

“Comfy and Excellant”
The room was extremely clean and the people at the front desk was extremely helpful. My husband and I where not sure where to eat and the front desk attendant gave us good directions on where to find a good place to eat. The near by restaurants offer room service which I found really nice. The beds were so comfortable that it was hard to wanna get out of the bed in the morning...
“Good enough”
I stayed three nights at the Quality Inn in Cypress. The hotel has been renovated (or is new?) and the room was beautiful. When I looked closer, there was some yucky stuff on the walls. The toilet/tub room was the size of a closet. Our trashcan was never in the same place twice. Our wake-up calls were late or non-existent. We could hear other guests walking around outside even when our noisy air conditioner was on. The upside? We felt safe, we loved having our car right outside our room, the towels were new, the TV reception was good, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and there were comfortable places to sit besides the bed.

“Cheap, but still a good place to stay.”
Like all small motels, the person behind the counter is also the owner, janitor, maid, and host. So when we arrived it took a few minutes for someone to come and help us because I think he was off cleaning a room or fixing something. Very pleasant atmosphere, and offered me a wifi code to use in our room. Wifi is free, and was fairly reliable (2 or 3 bars out of 5). The room was clean with exception of a huge mosquito/spider sort of bug scampering around in the bath tub. It took a minute or so to wash him down the drain. The room had a microwave, a coffee maker and safe. The beds were comfy, although they seemed a little high. I had to lift my knee almost up to my waist just to get into the bed. Our room was on the bottom of 3 floors with the door facing the parking lot. We didn't get any noise because the parking lot was semi-empty but if there were a lot of cars we would have heard all of the noise. The next morning I went to check out the "breakfast" and found it consisted of two types of dry cereal, milk, and bread for you to make toast. Needless to say we went for pancakes instead. Overall, this is fairly low budget, but overall clean and didn't have any real problems with staying here for one night.

Used during business trip, the facilities were clean and well maintained. Is close enough to both Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland to use for vacations there. Bed was firm, but I prefer that. Area quiet during middle of week. Room service was very good.
