We spent most of our time out of the Hotel because of all the sight seeing. When we were there the staff was very helpful and nice. It's a great location. Near a lot of places.

"Comfortable room with perfect cleanliness"
The room I stayed was small but very clean and comfortable with simple and lovely design. Hotel staffs speak perfect English and are very friendly. They offered me to keep my luggage during my trip to Machu Picchu as well as gave me morning call at 4am. If you look for a comfortable room with reasonable price I'd recommend this.

"Charming place in a good location"
This hotel is located just a couple of blocks from the main square. It is a charming colonial-style mansion with a central atrium. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated with handicrafts (many of them can be purchased). The staff are super-friendly and helped me with a variety of little questions and problems; it was like staying with family. Strongly recommended.

"My favorite hotel in Peru"
I absolutely loved this little hostel, which is more a hotel. It was as if we were staying in a little charming museum, with historical artifacts all around us. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the style was modern and the decorations were beautiful. The staff was one of the friendliest I have ever met and the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of foods.

"Great location, even better service"
Very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Its located a few blocks from the cathedral square on a nice quite road. Beds are very comfortable and we had plenty of extra space in the room. Staff was also helpful and recommended some great places for dinner. Only recommendation is to turn on the heat when you enter your room as Cusco gets super cold at night.

"Excellent hotel"
Highly recommend to stay here. Complimentary breakfast was delicious! About a 5-7 minute walk to the plaza. Grocery store is only a 2 minute walk. Also close to San Pedro Market. Staff were extremely helpful, nice, and friendly. They helped us book our excursions, restaurant reservations, and taxi. Complimentary shuttle picked us up on time at the airport. The only thing I disliked was that the hotel was located on a one-way alley so you have to hurry when getting in/out of the vehicle or else cars will honk. Overall a great hotel to stay at. We will definitely stay here again!!!

"Nice hotel"
This hotel is great for the price you pay. Great location, a few blocks from the main plaza. Complimentary breakfast is great and rooms are great too. Staff was not very helpful and the wifi is the worst. They only allow to use obe device per room and the signal is horrible.. You have to reconnect every 2 minutes.
