"Impeccable"
From the moment we arrived, the staff took perfect care of us. From helping us arrange a trip to Pisac to airport transport, they did it all. Great free breakfast, and the dinner was wonderful too. Close to everything. The historic setting was perfect!

"Good hotel for our family"
This inexpensive hotel is located just steps from the Plaza Regocijo, which itself is just down the street from the Plaza de Armas. It is in an excellent location for historic Cusco. We were there on Good Friday and we had the good fortunate of witnessing the Good Friday parade/procession from our balcony. The breakfast was also pretty good. Coca tea, coffee and fruit smoothies, and cereal, yogurt, fresh bread, avocado and jam rounded out the hearty selection. I really liked the interior breakfast courtyard space. As for the negatives, the room is very basic and the walls are so thin that you could hear every one of your neighbor's steps. We came with two small children so we were probably the ones making the most noise in the hotel. Moreover, there was a car alarm that kept going off right outside of our window all three nights, and it definitely woke me up each night. Lastly, the staff was super friendly. They let us leave our luggage there from 8am the first morning (prior to check in) to 11pm when we returned from Machu Picchu. When we arrived, the receptionist who I believe lives there was kind of drunk, pointed us to the bag room and gave us the room keys. It turned out to be the wrong room size, but we went ahead anyways. In the morning, it turned out that he had not registered us so the morning receptionist had no idea we had stayed there. This was more comedic than anything, not really a complaint. Overall good bargain though.

"Excellent boutique hotel. Lovely accommodations."
The owner and staff made us feel like we were staying with relatives in Cusco. Beautiful courtyard and comfortable, clean, spacious room. The intimate breakfast was delicious and a perfect was to start our day of sightseeing. The owner was extremely helpful with all of our requests and questions. We had to get up at 4am to begin the Inca Trail trek and the owner offered to provide us breakfast at that hour and was up before we headed out to make sure everything ran smoothly. Definitely the place to stay in the heart of Cusco.

"A beautiful break in the last century, in comfort."
This hotel is just so lovely. I want to use the word quaint, and I do not mean that in a patronising way. The whole town is just gorgeous, red earth surrounded by the Andes Mountains which are also red at the moment. It's Spring time here. The people are warm and welcoming and there is so much history and deeply held beliefs here to explore and experience. Very comfortable room, elisions breakfast, room service if you need it, fresh flowers and fresh fruit in your room.

"Best quality - value in Cusco"
Hotel is located walking distance to major attractions, beautiful antique renovated colonial palace. Rooms are spacious high colonial ceiling, with big and comfortable bathrooms. High speed internet, and staff very kind and helpful. There are a couple of incredible hotels more expensive than Novotel (Monasterio Hotel), but there is no need for more. Best quality value in Cusco.

"A World Apart"
This is the most beautiful hotel. Our room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was catered for even a heated floor in the huge bathroom. Quality toiletries provided, free soft drinks, coffee and snack food along with Pisco sour ingredients. Wish we could have stayed longer.

"A welcome retreat"
I can't say enough good things about this facility. Luxuriously appointed, on a quiet street and superbly attentive staff. The rooms are beautiful though a little small. Every element of the operation is geared to facilitating the tourist; even breakfast is served at five A.M to accommodate those off early for Macchu Piccu. As well appointed a retreat as any I've ever found.
