Apesar de uma estadia curta, classifico como satisfatório as acomodações, custo x beneficio muito bom, devido sua localização, limpeza, funcionários educados e prestativos, um café da manhã muito bom, recomendaria sem medo(não esquecendo de mencionar que não tem luxo).

Divergência no anúncio do site.
O local é bom, possui boa localização, porém fiquei frustrado ao chegar e ser cobrado valor superior ao anúncio. A vaga de estacionamento que estava descrita como incluso, segundo os funcionários deve ser pago no local. Confesso ter me aborrecido, mas não discuti o fato, apenas paguei.

Prédio velho e sem manutenção, ar condicionado muito antigo! O hotel precisa urgentemente de uma reforma!

As instalações são muito abaixo do que o site mostra, além de mal cuidadas e pessimamente conservadas. O primeiro quarto que nos deram, vimos que era um cubículo, o ar condicionado saiu o botão de ajuste, janela com partes de madeira quebradas, pedimos pra trocar de quarto na sequência. Nesse outro, tinha uma das cortinas do "novo" quarto que estava presa na lateral com fita crepe, quarto pequeno, as coisas envelhecidas, banheiro com rachaduras no teto e pouco iluminado. No dia seguinte em que fomos embora, eu e minha namorada achamos uma cueca de alguém que não era eu embaixo da cama fato que quando levamos a recepção ouvimos somente um "desculpe". Não recomendaremos e não retornaremos às esse lugar

Na chegada fui avisado de que não teria direito ao estacionamento gratuito, sendo que no filtro para escolha do hotel foi colocado estacionamento gratuito. As camas todas com colchão torto, inclusive uma de solteiro estava quase desmontando.

O hotel é um pouco antigo. O quarto realmente é bem escuro, com pouca iluminação. As camas são ok. O elevador não comporta muitas pessoas, então na maioria das vezes você é obrigado a usar as escadas. O estacionamento é descoberto.

Bom, porém podem melhorar!
A estadia foi boa; hotel limpo e funcionários prestativos. O prédio é histórico, com mobílias antigas. Os quartos poderiam apresentar TV mais modernas, ja que ainda é o aparelho de tubo. O banheiro limpo, mas com porta sanfonada q nao tinha chave. No geral, ok.
