Property Amenities
The spa at Hotel Kura Hulanda Spa and Casino offers six treatment rooms, plus the option for outdoor massages along with a sauna and steam room. The treatment rooms are located around a central fitness facility which offers the latest cardiovascular equipment with "cardio theater" (individual TV's at each machine) and a fully equipped weight room. An outdoor space offers a spa tub, lounge, and yoga/aerobics palapa.
In native Papiamentu, Kurá Hulanda means "Dutch courtyard." Appropriately, narrow paving-stone lanes winding through the village lead to courtyards shaded by dense gardens, each space suffused with music from a sound system that matches its architectural/landscape mood. These spaces include a sculpture garden, two pool gardens, a central square, and a marble garden that came from an Indian maharaja's home. Musicians play six nights weekly in the hotel's central square.
Within the village are a health spa, a beauty salon, a women's-clothing boutique, an art gallery, an herb shop, and a shop where the proprietor hand-crafts jewelry. The Cotton Club includes reading chairs, a piano, and tributes to jazz musicians.
A complimentary fitness center contains cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights, a unisex sauna, and a unisex steam room. A 24-hour business center features three computers offering complimentary high-speed Internet access. Security in the village is provided around the clock by a high-tech system with about 80 mini cameras.

The freeform Bolivar Pool measures approximately 15.25 x 9.25 m (50 x 30 ft). Adjacent is a 4.5-m-diameter (15-ft) children's pool. Cushioned lounge chairs supply sunbathing comfort beside pools. Poolside yoga classes (surcharges) are available through the resort's independently operated health spa.

“Great place to stay”
Excelent location
“Amaz-ing find!!!!!”
Seriously, this is the coolest hotel/resort I have ever stayed at. Each room is different and very authentic. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was more like a ballroom! The shower was great. The grounds are so cool; each room is off of a quant European cobble-stone pathway that winds through out the property. The guest services are great. They will take you to the other property where the beach is breath-taking, there is also a shuttle to another beach. It's the nicest place we saw on the Island. I would stay here again in a heart beat. This hotel made our stay even more fantastic. Food is great as well. A little price, but good. There are places in Punda are less expensive, but you can't put a price on convience sometimes. Please visit!!
“Beautiful and Safe”
We stayed 10 days for our honeymoon. Furnishings were a bit sparse and we were denied an upgrade despite there not being that many people there, but the staff was nice and responsive; the grounds were beautiful and well-maintained; and the food as excellent. My husband is a chef and he keeps raving about the food to everyone! Be sure to check out the private beach (accessible via free shuttle) - looks like a Corona ad!
“Spectacular hotel”
The hotel is very beautiful. The Staff is warm and courteous. The hotel design is awesome. It is truly a splendid hotel and I would definitely stay there again.
“Highly recomended!”
This hotel was fantastic, If you are sick of big hotels this is the best place on earth! exclusive and very privet hotel. No kids running around the pool, dirty old men trying to hit on you, or teens going wild here. I was able to relax, and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful hotel. Great food and excellent service.
“Great experience!”
We really had a wonderful time there! The grounds, the services, the restaurants were incredible!
“Fantastic spot, one of a kind experience..”
Very attentive hotel. Beautiful exerience. EXPENSIVE. My wife told me that she felt like she felt like JIM CAREY in the movie the TRUMAN SHOW. She wanted to throw a rock at the surroundings because it didn't feel real. The place has a man made feel to it I suppose, but in terms of man made,it is the best man made experience I have ever had.
“One of the best of Curacao”
It was one of the best hotels I ever stayed at.
“Its not a "big resort," but exactly where to stay in curacao.”
Across the water from the picturesque Wilmstead, Otro Banda (other side) is a great little town. The floating market and then the inside marketplace are awesome. There are other hotels, casinos and marketplaces right next door. The location is perfect. The hotel itself consists of a number of small buildings and slave trade museum. The whole place consists of 65 buildings or so and is built like a small town with a town center. The restaurants are great, the drinks made from fresh ingredients and also great, and the pace a ton of fun. We went after season and the place was not near full capacity, which we loved. The place itself is a few blocks from the cruise terminal, its surreal to wake up and see the massive cruise towering over the hotel grounds. Its a few blocks away but right there. Other than the view, we barely noticed it was there. Highly recommend this place as well as its partner location, the Kura Hulanda Lodge. You can connect to this other location via free shuttle, and is awesome for snorkling and being outdoors.
