“Stylish, modern, clean, comfortable...”

The AC hotel Cuenca (4 star) is great! Positives: very comfortable, stylish, clean, well maintained, friendly staff, good breakfast selections, complementary mini-bar, gym and sauna, very short drive to town centre (Or 20min walk), well situated on outskirts of town with good road links. Not quite so positive (Possibly, for some): as stated above all staff are very friendly and helpful but mostly their English is limited; although not at all far from the town centre (7-8mins drive; 10-15mins to old town) a car is really a bit a necessity, especially if you want to visit surrounding areas (Highly recommended); breakfast is not included in price, so if you are planning on eating at the hotel remember to budget a little extra per person per day; little of interest in immediate area, but again, this is solved easily with a car; no room safes yet (Are being introduced in to other AC hotels).

“recommend, Yes!!!”

Very helpful, friendly, not close to the old part of town but easy to get to by the bus. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and comfortable. Some updating needed but really not much. The breakfast was very good.
