"Excellent Stay"
Tower level room was very clean, with clear view of Reforma Ave and angel monument. Single king size room was actually kind of small but excellent for single traveler such as myself. Starbucks downstairs. Sanborns cafe & bakery across the street. Museums are up and down Reforma avenue, walking distance. Hotel is very safe, next to the American embassy. Stay away from hotel deli to avoid price shock.

"Great place, great location!"
I loved the experience at the hotel; it's located in my favorite location within Mexico city, next to a beautiful park and with plenty of great and unique restaurants, bars and coffee shops around including their own. The staff is very friendly and helpful; they really try hard to provide a great service.

"Wonderful hotel with Old World charm"
The hotel was so much more than I expected! The staff was welcoming, but unobtrusive. When I approached the concierge, he had many helpful suggestions and was able to offer advice on a wide variety of subjects. He assisted my family and I in booking a tour, and arranged for transportation when needed. He suggested places throughout the city that were interesting to us, after gentle questioning to determine our needs. He was as welcoming and hospitable as I would be to a guest in my own home, and treated us with a personal touch that would rival any five star hotel in London or Paris. The corner room was charming, the windows let in the most wonderful breezes, right at the hottest part of the afternoon and overlooked a lively street scene that was always entertaining. As the night cooled down, shutting the windows provided a good masking of the street ambience when it was time to sleep. Location was excellent- many restaurants and stores within easy walking range. Metro was two blocks away and easy to decipher. Was worried about the reported overcrowding, but didn't find it any different than the tube at peak hours. Lots of nightlife in the area- probably not the best area of the city for young children, but my university aged children enjoyed it! Fair warning, it is called " Zona Rosa" for a reason! Hotel was amazing, could rival anything in Europe at a quarter of the cost. I highly recommend it, and suggest asking for Señor Ariel for assistance during your stay!

"Centrally located to Chapultepec Park, Zona Rosa"
The hotel is in a very good location for business and tourism, has excellent facilities, is well run, with excellent, attentive staff. The hotel restaurants are very good and have well trained staff. The concierge conveniently arranged a number of customized trips (business and tourism) for us. The hotel staff very quickly fixed fixed a couple of minor annoyances in the room.
