“Good Place to Stay”
Met with family for a brief get together. Was a great place to meet. Expedia gave me a great price, better than the rest of the family, who went through the hotel chain, received.

Rooms were quiet, staff was very courteous. Very good on site restaurant, very spacious.
“Wonderful Stay!”
Very nice Holiday Inn. One of the nicest I've stayed at in recent memory. The room was clean and spacious. I loved the fact that they "strap labled" their pillows with SOFT and FIRM on the bed. Touches like these make your stay more pleasnt. I didn't get to the pool to swim but it looked grand. I had a great stay for the wedding I was attending.
“Very Comfortable”
Wonderful hotel. Need phone and security cameras in the workout room for emergencies (It is deserted downstairs... Breakfast should be included with price of stay
“We will be coming back to stay!!!”
The only things I would suggest is to put in a hot tub along with the pool, and some of the rooms that we have stayed in look like they could use some updating. A couple of the rooms have a litttle bit of peeling wallpaper, and in some places the carpet is puckered up in more common areas, but overall we really like this hotel!! These couple of things are not that bad!! The beds are a lot more comfortable than most other hotels that I have stayed at. I have chronic back problems and have a hard time finding a hotel with beds that don't cause me alot of pain! I will be staying at this hotel every time we come to town!!!
“Dirty Room”
The molding on the tv stand fell off and the lampshade had a big ugly, fresh-looking, stain on it.
“Nice hotel, friendly staff”
Pretty area. I'd recommend asking for a room that overlooks the water. Surprisingly nice for a Holiday Inn. They even have a nightclub attached to it! Indoor pool, exercise room, no hot tub, however. The staff was very friendly. Would stay there again.
“Good Bargain in Crystal Lake”
Good location and neighborhood, a notch or two above traditional Holiday Inns, great staff, and a decent restaurant and bar.

The staff was most friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is just getting a little old. Some of the rooms had a musty smell, but they were clean.
“Not Impressed”
The reason we booked here was a wedding at D Andrea's. We were told there was a bus to take us to and from the event. The bus did not come, we got no deal on rooms for being part of the wedding, and when I woke up in the morning and made my coffee the machine leaked everywhere. My boyfriend took a shower and the shower leaked. All in all it was not worth the money for the service or room.
