“Hotel aérodrome Croydon”
Hotel luxueux avec un très bon accueil. Il n'est pas à Londres mais à Croydon, cependant le bus à proximité et le train rendent les trajets au centre de Londres faciles. Très bon souvenir, à refaire !
“Great Value”
Very nice hotel. Great value for money! It has been recently remodeled and is attractive and stylish. Very pleasant and efficient desk staff... they were very welcoming. The room was very clean and well outfitted. Great shower and bathroom. For the money, a great deal. It is a full service hotel with restaurant, bar, etc. Adequate free parking and free wifi. Easy in, easy out. Good for business travelers as well as others. It was full when we were there, so they may discontinue their attractive pricing and raise rates. It would be better to ask for a room away from the road as it may be a little quieter.
“Hallmark Hotel / Aerodrome Hotel Purley Croydon”
Only fault was the bedding...a bit sparse but they gave us extra blanket each the next night. charming hotel, friendly helpful staff. Would recomend this hotel and would stay there again. It has a bit of history and style not bland like Premiier etc. Rates where very reasonable
“Would definately go back”
The room was a reasonable size and was very clean with plenty of tea / coffee and towels etc. the only complaint I have about the hotel is that the beds seemed to be very soft which I found slightly uncomfortable but other than that everything was great. The hotel is in an excellent location for traveling into the city centre with a small train station (waddon) only 15mins walk away. There are a few places to eat just across the road including a pub and some fast food restaurants if you choose not to use the hotel restaurant.
“we will stay at this hotel again”
When we booked this holiday i thought the hotel might be to far out but it was not. The staff were so friendly the breakfast was out standing and it was included in our price which we did not no so that was a bonus we will stay there agian also their is bowling and laser quest and lots off restrants across the road and next door and a health club and swimming pool facing the hotel it was a pleasure to stay there.

Hotel was very good. Staff friendly and efficient. Room looked a bit tired in places. Food in the restaurant was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended.
“Nice Hotel except for lack of air conditioning”
Nice clean hotel but the lack of air conditioning made it impossible to sleep. Very comfortable bed but lack of space to open suitcase properly and unsatisfactory wardrobe.

“Very nice hotel close to all amenities”
Stayed in this hotel at the same time last year and it was OK. This year, however, it has all been refurbished (especially the foyer and bar) and it is very nice indeed.
“A Hotel With A History!”
Can't sing enough praises to the staff. Lovely modern hotel with great breakfast served with lots of smiles. Room on floor 5 was clean, well stocked and even though it was at the back of the building with busy road onto Purley Way, was quiet. The reception, dining room and bar are of a high standard and I can recommend the company of the barman who went out of his way to make sure we were fed after a late night out. Thanks! Other reviews have moaned about distance from Croydon town centre but in all honesty it would be worth paying for a cab to get you to where you want to go, as the hotel is a piece of history worth staying in. (You can also afford the cab fare as this hotel is not greedy). Sorry can't think of a negitive!
