“Would love to go back”
The welcome was very warm and made us feel at home. The reception staff were very efficient and addressed me by name and indeed showed us that they were expecting us. There was no charge for parking at the hotel and there was plenty of space, so no driving around to look for a parking space. The breakfast was amazing and we were spoilt for choice. The hotel is situated in an ideal place with all the shops within reach yet one had a country side feel inspite of the hotel being almost on the main road. The room was clean. All in all, I'd love to go back for a lovely experience.
“Huge room”
The main thing ih hotel - is size of room, king size bed and king size bed. Its situated far fron london but its easy to get it by bus and train. Once uv done it ul find it satisfied. Breakfast is full and contains lots of different dishes. In common - its ok if u have lots of time and extra money for transport.
“Lovely Hotel Just Outside Central London”
I was in London from Nigeria and needed to stay at a good value hotel. It was easy to find only a few minutes walk from the bus stop. I got a courteous welcome from the staff and the room was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. The HD TV in the room worked well and the pool and gym were lovely. I'll definitely stay here again

“Better than expected”
I usually make decisions about where I stay based on reviews of the hotel from other guests. Some liked it, some hated it...but you really have to take into consideration the kind of person who is writing the review. I decided to give it a try because I should not judge the hotel based on a few bad experiences that were probably exaggerated anyway. The hotel was great, employees were very nice and helpful, prompt and attentive. It is true you can tell it's an older hotel by our room (yet still well kept), but the rest of the hotel (i.e. restaraunt, bar, lobby, pool, gym and other facilities) were great. I would definately go back.

the hilton in croydon was exceptional value for money! the staff were polite, friendly & helpful, the room was clean & comfortable & all had flat screen digital tv, the breakfast was basically all you could eat & this was encouraged by the staff who went out of their way to put you at ease! certainly well recommended by myself & family & on the plus side it had its own carpark manned by 24hr cctv

This is the second time at this Hotel and love staying there. The staff are helpful the rooms and beds are excellent. Enjoy the breakfasts also.
“Wonderful, economically priced hotel right outside of London”
The Hilton Croydon was a great choice for our honeymoon. It didn't cost too much and the hotel was incredible. It definetly lived up to the Hilton name by having nice, SPACIOUS rooms with a large, flat screen tv. It had all of the amenities that we needed and was a 10-12 minute bus ride to the Croydon train station. It was a great deal compared to the hotels we were looking at in London and we will definetly be staying there again on our next trip to London.
“Extremely Satisfied”
We would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the restaurant was very nice and the breakfasts were terrific. The breakfasts included eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, toast, salmon, yogurt, etc. If you can get this included in your package deal it really is a win/win situation. There is a shuttle serv ice to the train station in Croydon and the train ride to London is approximately 16 minutes. We would definately stay there again.
“1st date reunion..!”
Got a great deal,a night at the hotel where we had our first dinner date nearly 5 years ago.!! Lovely quality as expected and convenient for East Croydon and our trip up to town and Xmas party.. Look forward to the next visit.
