“Great stay”

Clean rooms, good service, great value. The free breakfast selection was a little sparse, but got us started on the day.

a good place to stay, room was large and the beds were comforatable. service was prompt and friendly would stay there again.

“Mini Holiday treat!”

What a treat! Fantastic family stay! Perfect pool area - clean and bright! Staff went above and beyond! Breakfast was hot and ready! Took the kids to the pool after breakfast and the kindest lady came and turned on the water slide and hot tub and asked them what colour of ball they would like and came an dblew one up! Fantastic value!

“Clean and new”

Nice room with two queen beds. Bathroom was clean and fairly new. No bad smells or noise. Pretty good value for the money. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although only two stories, no elevator so not good for wheelchair access - get a first floor. Not an issue for us. Breakfast is fast and included.

“A nice hotel for the cost”

The hotel is relatively new. It's your typical 2-3 star and the staff was friendly and the room clean. You also get a free Continental breakfast with your stay. It's situated at the very north end of Cranbrook as you drive in on the #3/95 with good access in and out of the hotel. We would stay there again.

Was very adequate. Will be very nice when it's water park is completed.

They were still building there waterpark when we were there, but it should be good. There wasn't much else to say about it.

“Quality budget hotel”

We stayed over Christmas so staff levels were lower than I would think would be normal, however the hotel was clean. The pool, waterslide & spa were not working however they did not advertise it when we booked so we were not disappointed. The breakfast was very good, with a good variety of items to choose from including make your own belgian waffles which kids love. Its was nice that they welcomed our 2 small dogs and even had Christmas packs for the canines.

“Adequate”

There were 4 of us who stayed overnight in this motel. We found the motel to be adequate and the young lady working behind the desk was friendly and helpful. She recommended a restaurant that was very good. The breakfast bar had some good options. We are all quite satisfied with our overnight stay and would recommend it as a good option for a one night stay. We were traveling and sight seeing so did not need to spend much time at the motel but it was fine for a clean room and a shower.

“good place to stay”

everything was excellent until we pulled the spread off one of the beds. It was obviouse someone slept in it and threw the sheets up. the maid service never made up that bed. Lucky there were two beds or this would have been a bad review. I chalk it up to oversight.
