"My wife and I wanted a weekend getaway and this hotel provided the perfect accommodations for our stay. From the moment that we checked in, the hotel and its staff did not cease to amaze us. As we rode the elevator up to our room, a staff member boarded the car pushing a cart filled with bottles of cold water. Immediately seeing that we had just checked in, he reached into his cart and offered us each bottle of cold water. It was a wonderful gesture and we hadn’t even stepped foot inside our room yet. However, that level of courtesy was demonstrated by all of the staff members throughout our stay at the hotel. We found our room to be modern, as well as very clean, and the riverside view was breathtaking and I highly recommend it. The only snag that we encountered on this trip involved the breakfast. Perhaps we could have been better informed consumers, but we were confused by the breakfast. We knew that there was an option to pay for a breakfast at the restaurant located in the lobby, but when we saw a traditional breakfast bar, we assumed that was included in our stay. However, as we consumed our meal, a staff member very politely brought us drinks - as well as a bill charging $20 per meal. So, please beware that the breakfast will cost you an additional $20 per person, if you choose to partake in it. Otherwise, the stay was perfect and we cannot wait to go back."

"The check in process has been easy, and the view from our room has been great as well. Family friendly and a little walking area behind us with the Reds and Bengals stadium just right across the river. We will be staying here again for sure. "
