Booked a double room - got a twin disabled room, so the shower was about chest height, making hair washing a pain. I went back to reception to tell them I had booked & paid for a double & the response was 'sorry, that's all we've got & we're fully booked, you can speak to the manager in the morning if you like' (the manager was not available in the morning!)
They should not take bookings if they do not have the rooms that you pay for.
