“Great choice”

Stayed at this hotel for Crossroads and the location was perfect. The bar and restaurant was great and the hotel was very clean. Comfort hotel and would highly recommend.

“Will Stay at Holiday Inn Again”

I loved the different types of pillows. I appreciated the complimentary 2 bottles of water, chips, and candy. The shower and toilet were clean and spotless. However, there was a puddle of water in the bathroom on my first day there. My sheet had a blood stain.

“Great stay.”

We had a very nice stay. The central "garden" area could be cleaned up a bit but it can be hard to keep up with nature. Unfortunately we had car problems on the morning we left. The desk clerk offered a jump with a hotel van. When that didn't work they did offer the names of several car repair places. The hotel did all they could at that point.

“Good deal for the money.”

Very nice breakfast buffet included in the price of the room. Very large heated indoor swimming pool. Hotel is near some fine restaurants and close to Chicago's Loop. Rooms could use better lighting. The lights were dim especially by the sink where you need more light (for women to apply make-up and fix their hair and for men to shave.

“O.K. experience”

The pool area was very lovely, but the service was not good. I asked for some more coffee packets and was told that it would be delivered shortly. It never was delivered at all.

“It was OK”

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We had four people in our room and only got two free breakfasts. It was ten dollars per person for breakfast so my friends did not get breakfast. Wish we were told about this when we booked the room for four people. The staff in the restuarant was not friendly and our waitress did a fine job.
