The staff and the stay were excellent. The kids loved the hot tub and pool and the location was super convenient to MOA and Afton Alps

Our first room smelled like sewer gas. The staff told us that they were sure that we would find something wrong with every room. The next room was ok. The entire property was a bit run down. The beds were comfortable but very squeaky.

From the front desk to the morning breakfast it was outstanding!! Clean and quiet rooms, bed was comfortable and plenty of lighting. A shout out to Sara, who prepared the breakfast every morning and was very friendly, did an outstanding job!!!

Garbage Grove, living up to it's moniker
Extended issues with check in due to the fact "Hotels.com sucks". This is what the desk agent kept saying as she struggled to check us in. Room was dated and dirty and located directly across the hall from the dining area. Starting at 6am the noise was extreme and unrelenting. At 9am housekeeping barged in despite the "do not disturb" sign displayed. Feels Iike I paid 200 for a 100 room.

The hotel was really nice. We were sad that the pool was closed for maintenance during our two night stay. The breakfast was hands down one of the best hot breakfast we have experienced.

Room was dirty when we checked in, didn’t have another room of that type, no AC. Told me I prepaid so they couldn’t give me a discount but charged my card at check in. Housekeeping walked into our room at 9am without identifying themselves. Not impressed

I apologize for the AC not working and this was a prepaid reservation and once they come prepaid and pre-charged we are unable to change the information. Unfortunately, we had some staff call offs and were doing are best to get rooms cleaned in a timely manner. Again, my apologies.

I’m not a fan of hotels, but I would go back here in a second. The room layout if designed for quiet. The little details such as having a makeup remover pad, perfect nightlight in the bathroom, separate kitchen area-make this a very comfortable stay. It was super quiet, and I think the hotel was pretty full. I’ve been to a lot of hotels this summer and this one was the best value by far. You want to stay here!
