“cadre exceptionnel, mais hôtel trop bruyant”

Si l'accueil est correct et que l'hôtel est dans un endroit très calme, le manque d'isolation entre les chambres est insupportable. Je pense que le minimum serait de changer les portes des chambres, ce qui éviterait d'avoir l'impression de dormir dans le couloir... En conclusion: Service agréable, petit déjeuner très plaisant, cadre magnifique et au calme, mais le tout est gâché par le bruit constant dans l'hôtel (clefs dans la serrure de la chambre voisine, bruits de pas à l'étage, bruits dans le couloir...) . Au final, nous cherchions à nous reposer, ce n'a pas été le cas... Nous sommes déçus. il est urgent que l'hôtel change les portes des chambres, ainsi, je réévaluerai à la hausse mes commentaires!
