The hotel was clean. We booked a king and not on the first floor. When we arrived they said no they did not have a king and we were on the main floor. This hotel was booked for my daughter and her companion. I had to insist and finally she agreed to give me what I had booked. That was disappointing.
The television was cloudy but otherwise fine.
Hotel manager, Nick, was able to get our party of 4 a room with 2 queen beds after a room with a kingsize bed was accidentally booked on a night of high occupancy. Room was also booked on a holiday weekend.
I stayed here 4 nights during a conference and was very happy with the experience. While I was only there during the night and didn't use all the facilities, my time there was pleasant, the room was quite modern and clean, and the area was nice and quiet. What more can you ask for? I would definitely stay here again while in LA.
My flight landed a couple hours before my co-worker was available, and although you have to call for a shuttle to come, it's a very short wait (15 minutes tops). Check-in was a breeze, and the hotel gives a lovely first impression. Modern and attractive lobby, with lots of different seating areas. The room was super clean and comfortable, spacious and complete with great amenities. The whole facility is smoke-free, which is a great plus. Having free wifi in the room is a must, and there were no issues with the connection. There are several restaurants right across the street. I was so comfortable and enjoyed a much-needed, restful night of sleep. I don't have anything negative to say about my stay, and I would definitely stay again!
Staff was really nice. Only thing I didn't like was comp. breakfast wasn't included. Of course I should have read on that but other than that it was good. And for my whole stay my card did not work for the parking garage but I just clicked help and they were quick about getting me in. Overall great stay.
